My beloved Wyatt & Jack bag needed repairing. It came back from ‘bag surgery’ as good as new. The customer service before I sent the bag back was amazing abs communication from W&J while my bad was being fixed was second to none.

Love Wyatt and Jack. First time actually purchasing something - very easy. The best bit was the extra customer service - we currently live in the USA and I was buying a gift for my niece's birthday and really just happy that we could ship something within the UK. They spotted that I'd written a happy birthday message to be included and gift wrapped it. Lovely!

Practical, pretty and well-made
Wyatt and Jack make lovely products really well. We've had a washbag of theirs for a few years and it's standing the test of time. I love the storage bag I bought recently: it was great being able to choose the colours. Now I have a nice, practical thing for slinging grubby children's clothes into above the washing machine, and I didn't have to bring a new piece of plastic into the world to do it.
Payment was easy and it was sent quickly and packaged well.

We've bought twice, we'll buy again!
Second bag we've bought from here, they are sturdy, helpfully water resistant, great designs and most importantly good for the environment. We've also submitted pools to them and one of the bags was custom, we love it so much!

I love what you do and bought two bags
I love what you do and bought two bags. The tote bag is perfect, but the lining on the large pouch does not fit. I understand the material is difficult to sew, so maybe I'm being a bit fussy. I'm giving the bags to my daughters instead of Easter eggs.

I love this company! Not only are they reusing what would otherwise be waste into funky bags! They bags themselves are hardy, well made and all unique. Their customer service is awesome and they will also take it back at its end of life. Will 100% use again.
