Both times I've ordered the delivery has been timely and the bag study and well made. I love mine and my mum is chuffed with her surprise deckchair one too- she particularly likes the ethos and that the bottom will be waterproof.

I am really happy with my ruck sack
I am really happy with my ruck sack, I use it when out cycling. I feel good to know it has been created from recycled bouncy castles which in turn has prevented it ending up in land fill.

Beautiful bag, excellent quality, worth the wait. There was a delay due to Covid, which was very well communicated AND the lovely people at Wyatt & Jack sent a little zip pouch for free along with my bag as an apology for the delay. Fabulous all round, I would recommend these to anyone (and I have been!)
