I ordered 2 pairs of shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One I loved and have kept and wear regularly. The second pair was way too large and I walked right out of them. The return process has been painful. They want pictures of the shoes on my feet and foot measurements to help with fit. I have yet to receive a return label. This has been a frustrating process and will not risk ordering again.

Roam Slip-On Sneakers & Alpine Booties

I purchased the Roam Slip-On Sneakers & the Alpine Bootie both in size 10ww. They both fit well with a good size toe box. However, the Alpine Booties fit much better. They did not have any additional inserts and are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend these shoes & would say they are true to size.

The Roam Slip-On Sneakers have an optional insert. However, when wearing the sneakers with the insert, the toe box feels much smaller and makes wearing for longer periods uncomfortable as the toes rub against the shoes. When wearing without the insert, the shoes are too big and my feet slide in them and they're not as comfortable. I would recommend these shoes as well, but would say to order a half size larger if you intend to use the insert or order a half size smaller if you do not intend to use the insert.

I would give less than a one star if I…

I would give less than a one star if I could. Let me start by saying if you have a return or want to speak with customer service you’ll be SOL.

I ordered a wrong size intended for a gift to my daughter. I tried to correct it immediately but once your order is placed you have to wait until the product reaches you before you can do anything.

That’s exactly what I did but in the meantime I ordered the correct size and received it no issues.

Everytime I email no one seems to respond in real time. It’s an AI generated response. I followed the guidelines for the return. Dropped the package with a local UPS store, free of charge, and sent an email notifying the company the package was on its way.

I haven’t received any responses since the package was sent from Zips on 11/30/2025.

Today is 12/23/2025 and still no email, no refund. My refund should be around $150.
The package was unopened and unused.

I’m highly disappointed in this company and will never do business with them. The product ships from China. I hope my daughter will be happy with her boots especially since at this point have cost me over $300.

12/26/25 Update
Since sharing my review the company has reached out to me and I’m waiting for my refund. I’ll keep posting the outcome.

Good shoes, frustrating experience

*updating to 4 stars- after I wrote this review I got an email processing the refund on the shoes I returned. I appreciated that. (Updated 12/25)

I found WYDR through Instagram, and the concept really resonated with me. A shoe brand that focuses on wide feet and heavier individuals is something I genuinely want to support, especially since wide shoes can be so hard to find.

I ordered three items and two of them were definite wins. The shoes I kept were comfortable, well made, and did exactly what I hoped they would. Unfortunately, the third pair did not work out. I am a true 9.5, and since only whole sizes were offered, the fit just was not right for me.

I followed their return process for that pair, but the experience was a hassle and, ultimately, I never received a refund. That part was really disappointing and overshadowed what could have been a much better overall experience.

While I do like the shoes I kept and think the brand has a strong mission, the return experience and lack of resolution mean I will likely avoid repurchasing. I hope they improve their sizing options and customer service processes because the product itself has a lot of potential.

Terrible customer service

Shoes seem ok quality. But they sent the wrong size and still expect me to pay to return. Edit: they have now sent me the wrong size again and lied about refunding the shipping cost. They have received my return shoes but have not provided a refund.

Scams on refunds

I bought a pair of silver mocs for over $100.00. It took a while to get them and I was so excited when they came until I tried them on. They flared out on the sides. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the runaround and said a refund would be no problem as long as I followed the rules.. I did exactly as they ordered and now they refuse to give a refund. Don't order anything from any wydr site. All scams.

Update: Wydr has contacted me concerning the return and now I'm waiting for the refund to make things right. I will update more once my refund is received.

2nd update: I have received my refund everyone. Everything is alright and I am happy to report that they were very diligent to solve the problems had with my purchase. Kudos to a job well done.

Cutest shoes that fit! & my shoe rack is now exploding

Wydr shoes is my favorite brand of 2025. Why? Because for the first time in my life I have CUTE shoes that fit my feet. No more - making shoes work, that don’t work.

I bought several to try and immediate placed a second and third order. Limited edition shoes - I’m looking at you.

I went from space on the shoe rack to 😐 needs more shoe racks 😂 and I’m not mad about it! I’m screaming it from the rooftops!

Ok so yea, and their customer service isn’t shabby either. They handled my returns like pro’s and fixed my mixed up labels.

Thanks for being my favorite shoe brand and making shoes that fit my cute feet!!!!

Wydr Shoes game changer!

Wydr Shoes has honestly been a game changer for me. I’ve got bigger, wider feet and it’s always been a mission finding shoes that actually look good and feel good but they’ve nailed it. I finally have proper options instead of squeezing into whatever I could find.

I also had to do a return and exchange recently and it was so smooth. No fuss, no back and forth. Their customer service is on another level - super helpful, super easy.

If you struggle with sizing or finding cute shoes that fit, Wydr is 100% worth it.

Bad return policy

WDYR won't take back the shoes that don't fit me so I am out of a lot of $$. I just tried them on in my home, never worn but this company said No to a return.
Be warned they have unfair practices.

Great customer service and nice quality

I'm always leary of brands I find via Facebook but Wydr is legit! I had trouble because the size I originally ordered was too big. Their customer service team was awesome! They asked a bunch of questions to help me exchange them for the correct size. We had a long email exchange back and forth- they were very thoughtful and responsive and ultimately guided me to the proper size.

Shipping definitely takes some time- but they'll get to you and they're really nice quality

It's so hard to find wide shoes, I'll definitely order again!

Customer service is completely woeful

Customer service is completely woeful. They take forever to get back to you. I have returned my shoes and have heard nothing from them even though I know that they have got the shoes back via tracking.
They have started posting without the ability to comment on the post, I think because they are getting negative comments.
There is no phone number and I have contacted them several times and got no reply. I am going to Fair Trading next as I am fed up!!

Charges you from China!!! Not US based!!!

Claims to be US or UK based but ships from China and charges an international service fee because they bill from China as well. Im pissed. Nowhere on the website does it say youll be charged internationally. I had no idea until AFTER I made the payment and was hit with an international card charge.

Warning!!!

I have only ever placed one order with Wydr and my experience has been horrible. The first issue was they sent me the wrong order, when I contacted them they didn’t have the correct product in stock and couldn’t give me an ETA on when they were getting more. I was able to get an exchange for a different product but was very disappointed.
The second issue, the item I kept which was the Iris Clogs took a few days to wear in but once they were worn in they were great. I was so excited to wear these, that I started to wear them in office. After around 10 wears, only in the office, the side strap was almost torn out rendering the shoes unwearable. I contacted Wydr for a replacement but they refused stating it was beyond the 30 day refund period, even under ACCC I’d be entitled to a replacement or refund. These shoes are expensive and should have lasted more than 10 wears. Do not buy!!!

Great service, response, and boots!

I ordered some boots and had no movement for a month. I contacted the team and since the ones I wanted were out of stock they offered for me to pick a different style and shipped them right out. I got the new pair in just a few weeks. They fit my wide ankles perfectly and give my toes plenty of room to move. They also have great arch support. I will definitely be getting another pair.

Good quality shoes and excellent customer service

Good quality shoes. Fit is good. Customer service was excellent. The original order was lost in transit and they immediately dispatched a replacement. They communicated any updates immediately and were very attentive to ensuring my satisfaction with my order. I like the shoes and even more so because of the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Horrible Experience

My order shipped on 9/25 and I am still waiting for it over a month later. The response from customer service was unhelpful. They provided no reasoning for the extreme delay in shipping and did not offer any kind of discount or compensation for their error until a full month after the first package was shipped. Only then did they offer a $15 gift card (which they did NOT provide) and reshipped the package for a second time. For the amount of priority they put on marketing, I expected customer service to be much better. I would not spend your money with this company.

Extremely high quality product

Extremely high quality product. I will definitely purchase from this company again. The shoes are made with comfort and fashion in mind. Also, the shoes came with extra padding and were packaged with care.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and only rec'd one. There were 2 shipments but one has not been rec'd and the tracking still shows it in process in Massachusetts.
