BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam. They take your money, refuse to refund money.
The tool does not work as they say. Hair styling is not good. I asked to be able to send it back after only one day that it had arrived, but they refused for hygiene reasons.
So if you are not satisfied with your purchase they do not refund you and they do not give you any other option than to keep what you bought, whether you want or not.
This is called stealing!!

I bought this tool on October 14th.

I bought the Wylera Dreamwave - Gatsby Rose for my daughter who has very long hair. It curls beautifully and there is no catching or tangling. I plan to borrow it on a regular basis 😊

I have, since writing the review below, received a full refund from this company after asking my bank to intervene. I would hope that others, who do not have that option, also get their refunds or goods. I have changed my star rating to reflect a neutral review accordingly.

Having received an extensive response from the owner I do not think this is a scam as before, however I have messaged them to say they need to speak with other dissatisfied customers and sort out their issues. My goods finally arrived today and will be returned unopened having read other reviews.

This company may well have a good product but I will never sadly know and they need to sort out their customer service.

Say they were lost in post. Meantime I had to replace gifts with other purchases and can’t get my money back. APPALLING COMPANY

I love the Dreamwave simply because it's so quick and easy to use so is the only hair device I need. Just like a best friend, you can always rely on it to make you feel good 🩷

OH MY GOODNESS! I cannot believe how brilliant this product is! I have difficulty using most hair products like this but this is different ... For years, my hair has been just a mass of frizz and nothing has helped. I looked as if I stuck my hand in a socket.

So I tried the Wylera today and the results are STUNNING. I got beautiful curls on my first attempt and I know I'll get better with practice. It looked gorgeous! It took a LITTLE getting used to but I was surprised how easy it was to use. Predictably it was the back of the hair that was a little difficult. This has changed my life. We've tried every curling product we can find with extremely limited results.

This product is so easy to use - it is the single best product I have used for my hair. THANK YOU WYLERA

It was simple and easy to use. Love that it’s wireless and compact and I can use it anywhere on the go. Had no issues at all using this.

I have the dream wave and the hair straightners. I love them both, I can have a fab wavy style or a fab straight style.

A truly amazing product, my curls last for 2-4 days resulting in beautiful waves by day 4. Best in class, I’ve bought so may hair curling tools but this one really does it’s job. Fantastic! Thank you Wylera !

This product is fabulous because it is easy to use, it is portable, the battery life is great and the curls are stunning! If you are not great with a curling wand then this product is 100% for you. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely disgusting!
Ordered on 12th December, money was taken straight away from my account, was given a tracking number which is not recognised, and now only receiving automated response to emails! Called their number and it’s just an answering message!
I stupidly paid direct from my current account so now will struggle to get the £75 back that I’ve paid!! Have had to buy an alternative as it was my daughters Christmas present.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook etc when they don’t deliver a service!!

I use my Dream wave when I am going somewhere special.
Last month I went to the Care Awards in Birmingham, obviously took it with me. My friend was amazed at the curls, as we both have very straight hair.
We sat like a couple of teenagers (we are 60) curling each other’s hair ready for our evening, the results were fantastic, and it stayed all night.
Dream Wave is a lovely curler and can be taken anywhere, I am well impressed.
P.S. I have bought my friend one for Christmas.

Bought as gifts for daughter. Absolutely loves it. Curls in an instance :)

Ordered the product on black Friday sale by responding to their ad. Used the product only once and it's dead since then. The charging doesn't work and the start button doesn't do anything. So disappointed since I was planning to use it on Christmas. Left a message on all their social platforms for a replacement and also emailed them but so far have had no response.

Love the dreamwave so much, I have bought another 2 for family members in the last year,as well as the cordless straighteners. So handy, easy to use, the Dreamwave makes curling my hair simple, and gives excellent results every time.

Curly and frizzy.
After drying my hair I straighten out the frizz
use the curler and within 10 - 15 minutes
I have curls. I don’t touch them for 15 minutes then
run my fingers through.. this gives me lovely waves
that stay in for days!!!

so dissapointed. Ordered this on the 25 of November as a Christmas present. Today is the 15th December and still have not received it!! I have contacted them numerous times and only received one generic response. Also when I tracked the package it shows it is coming from AUSTRALIA!! No where on their .EU website does it say it is shipping from Australia.... the website also states direct shipping from EU and quick delivery!! so misleading!
