I love the Wylera Hair. I never used to be able to curl my own hair (specifically the back), but I can now.
The curls also stay on for over 24 hours, even after sleeping.

Purchased the Dreamwave curler recently directly from the manufacturer. The device itself is great, easy to use and the end result is good. On the downside it takes 4.5 hours to charge which seems excessive and I only used it twice before it ran out half way through the third use. This makes me think there is an issue with the battery and from reading other reviews this seems to be a regular problem.
When I purchased it online I was asked to reconfirm and submit straightaway after payment was processed. I clearly wasn’t concentrating and I realised afterwards that the site had added a set of scrunchies to the order and I had accidentally purchased them. I think this is a very poor way of selling cheap add-ons that probably have a high mark up. I contacted Wylera to provide this feedback and asked them to remove the scrunchies. I was told the order had been despatched so I would need to return them. They provided a link to their returns info which basically tells you nothing and asks you to email them. I did, and after several emails and very slow responses over a week I was told I could not return them for hygiene reasons even though I have not used them.
Their customer service is terrible. Very slow, unhelpful and I feel they are delaying until I will go away or I have exceeded the returns period. I would not recommend the curler as I’m not sure any issues with the device will be managed appropriately by the customer services team.

When I received my curler it has never worked I’ve tried to charge it in different chargers and sockets but it’s just not holding charge
I’ve contacted the company after weeks on getting back to me they wanted photos that wasn’t good enough so then they wanted a video of it plugged into charger then changing the charger and socket showing them the charger was to the correct standard.
So they eventually asked me to send this back l but I’ve not heard from them
I’ve not had my money back now they are saying they have not received my returns?
So I would be very wary of wasting your money on this product
I am a hairdresser, I am used to working hair equipment so it’s also a distrust with their customers
and this is disgusting and inexcapable behaviour from this company..
this product comes from Australia? Postage took weeks?
Something is certainly not right??

WOW! I have really think hair and very straight… over the years I have tried everything to curl my hair… after a couple of hours it’s straight 😂 so it was brought for me as a present, when it arrived I Could not wait to try it🤩 I quickly used it took me 10mins …. And that was not properly done And stayed in till I washed it omg amazing…and you cannot burn yourself .don’t think about it …buy it….👌love it💕amazing company! Customer service so professional Very quick delivery!

Do not buy from this company. No returns policy. Once you’ve bought that’s it - make it their mission to make it impossible to return their products. Can only return if product is faulty - and good luck trying to prove it!!! I changed my mind and returned the product and they claimed they couldn’t find it????

It hasn’t arrived and I ordered it a month ago and they keep fobbing me off.

Their website looks dodgy and even though I paid extra for payment insurance they haven’t honoured it.

I am convinced that the reviews on here are fake. I bought this item and it is faulty and does not work. In fact my hair got tangled and I was unable to pull the hair out of the device. I’ve contacted the company for a refund yet they have told me to keep using the item and told me to watch the videos as I’m not using the item properly. This is unacceptable. I am well within my right to request a refund for a faulty item. They are responding using an automated robotic email response, the phone number they have on the website Also does not connect to anything and the line just goes dead. This clearly is a fraudulent company

They have the worst customer service - they do not offer any returns information - ordered twice accidentally and wanted to return the spare product - they keep fobbing you off and won't give any return information - trying to run outwith the 30 days limit so they are not liable - shocking service

Very disappointed. Wylera dreamwave will not hold its charge . Be very wary of buying this . I got taken in by the hype on FB. I’m trying to get customer care to allow me to return the product as it clearly doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. They have asked me to send them photos and videos of the product. I paid over £100 for this and feel let down .

Believed all the Facebook hype and got this as a Xmas present. Didn’t work too well for me, took ages as although medium length and fine, my hair is quite thick, it took ages given the small amount of hair that the device will take at a time. The curls were way too tight and curly and frankly looked ridiculous compared to using straighteners.
I tried to return but was told not possible if it has been opened due “hygiene” reasons as per terms and conditions.
So if you are buying, beware that you will not be able to return product if it is not suitable for you. I will be pursuing as am sure this contravenes consumer law.

Product comes with a cord that doesn’t work with all plug sockets. Customer service team will say you need to have a specific plug or you need to buy another one. Poor customer service from this brand so don’t expect any issues to be resolved if you raise one.

Further comments Added after response below: you can see how unhelpful the brand is correcting that I say plug socket. I used 6 different ADAPTERS, sent photos and videos to show they didn’t work. Different variants - apple ones, a charger pack and just generic none worked. I also showed how they worked with other devices so they are correct many other brands do this but it then actually works.

I've had mine for a couple of months used a few times and tonight halfway through doing my hair it beeps like 3 times but not turning on .....
Has this happened to anyone else not sure what to do ....

I always found it hard curling my very straight hair on other hair heated devices. I saw this and bought one and can not believe how easy it is and how quick too! So happy I spent my birthday money in this. 😊

Wow! Customer service is absolutely amazing!

I haven't yet received my product, so at the moment can only comment on their customer service. All I can say is wow! Helpful beyond words, going above and beyond trying to help me sort a situation which was beyond their (and my) control. I would like to thank personally Jessica and Yolanda for doing everything you can to help.

It really 'does what it says on the tin' so to speak. I was a bit sceptical, but it's wonderful.
My hair just touches the top of my shoulders, so I wondered if it was too short. No, this fabulous little contraption really is amazing and the curls last until next time I wash it.
So easy to use being cordless and so quick. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wylera dreamwave compact.
Go on treat yourself, you deserve it.

The wylera is a game CHANGER.My 9 year old does her own her with it and I can let her with ease knowing it won't burn her skin.

Gives amazing results every time. I purchased mine after trying my daughter’s wylera hair curler. So easy to use - I’ve purchased another one for my youngest daughter as she uses mine all the time. Foolproof results every time and you can pre set the time and temperature

it’s so quick to use - your hair stays in all day! And it saves the stress of having to use a straightener to get the perfect curl!!

I purchased my Wylera Dreamwave Black onyx after reviewing a video and I couldn’t be happier it’s incredibly easy to use and produces fantastic curls. I have long Bob length hair which is very thick and I done my hair in 15 minutes. I keep my setting on 12 secs and simply change to left setting when doing right hand side of my hair and vice versa. I use a little salt spray or hairspray to finish. I have wasted so much money in the past on various hair tools and this one is all you need..game changer!

Amazing company, quick delivery. Dreamwave purchased and so easy to use and creates a different style each time depending on the settings. Straighteners are great too and love that they automatically switch off if not used!
