Really good customer service.
First time customer here. Ordered a product and it didn’t arrive on time so I sent an email to follow up and Drew got back to me really quickly. He called the supplier and identified an issue on their end, they corrected the error and it arrived the next day. Fantastic, quick and friendly service from Drew. Would shop again!

Still to receive my order a nearly 2 weeks later after being charged for express delivery. Also got charged double for express delivery for one parcel under the specified weight per parcel rules.

I DID see that age verification was required for the item I wished to purchase. I expected there to be a process at the checkout (same as vape oils etc) there was not. TWO WEEKS LATER I received an "age verification" reminder. I sent an email and followed the instructions. I advised within the email that it was 2 weeks ago the item was ordered and I didn't realise it was still pending. I am still back and forth trying to get my item. I wish I had read these reviews before placing the order. It seems there is illness within the family so the business has taken a nose dive. I also tried calling both the numbers on their website and it was on a Monday, there was no answer on either number. - Looking at the other reviews on here he seems to reply permanently blaming the customer as well so standby for that....and cue!

So as you can see from my reply to the email requesting verification that was the first contact about my order for 2 weeks.
From their terms and conditions:
"You also agree to complete the age verification process by responding to our age verification email that is sent to you after your purchase of these items."
The email he is referring to WAS my age verification email. It had my full name, the words "AGE VERIFICATION" and the order number in the title and a copy of my drivers licence was in the body of the email. He refused to tell me where I was going wrong but continually told me to read the instructions which I did, multiple times, with my husband over my shoulder also checking.
He has continually referred to me as being "arsy" and referred to this review as being "nasty". All I can say is if this review saves 1 person from having to deal with this company it will have served its purpose.
1 final thing. My refund has been processed and he withheld an amount. This is what I received about that.
"This is a standard email response to answer your query regarding age verification and the admin fee.... I have now banned you from the website, and refunded your order minus the £5.99 admin fee for securing your data on the refusal register."
so 5.99 for "securing my data on the refusal register" and 5.99 postage fee. Not sure why he withheld the postage since he didn't send anything. I may look into this further but to be honest I don't know if I have the energy to deal with this person any more. I dare say he will respond to this again but I won't read it.

Great products at a reasonable price that my scout group will definitely enjoy and benefit from.
I'm about 3 weeks I think since…
I'm about 3 weeks I think since ordering. Ordered the week before a scout camp, hoping it would be here before the trip started. The tarp didn't arrive which is ok as there's only a couple of sending days a week. But I'm now into my 3rd week and still no arrival and the delivery of 3-5 working days still don't have any tracking info.

Poorly functioning website, allows for payment and completion of the order, despite not confirming the age, although there was such information.Possibility to pay with PayPal, but only in theory, because you cannot log in.Another problem is the lack of an option or I did not find one when buying as a guest to confirm the age, which is an option that should not take place with the correct ordering process, i.e. first confirmation of age then payment.Charging a penalty fee for a bad website, strange! Here they cite the terms of the purchase, and it works fine before paying!A lousy business based on penalty fees, not living on a commercial margin.

Pedantic
When providing the age verification I got the response "please follow all 3 steps. step one asks you not to respond to our original email". All I did then was resend the same email deleting any reply content, it took me less than 10 seconds to do this. It must have take Wylie longer to send the email telling me to do this rather than doing it themselves. Very pedantic

No goods or replies after 2 weeks
I placed an order on 3rd September with express delivery that as of 17th September, I still haven't received.
I waited for a while before contacting them to chase the order as it did say on their website that orders were only being shipped fridays and mondays due to staff illness, which is fair enough and which i accepted when i ordered. However I contacted them last week to ask for an update on what's happening with the order and I've still not heard back. 2 weeks have passed, no update, no items and no money in my account. I see now reading other's reviews that I'm not alone, and that the business owner is struggling to keep up. If this is the case, don't complain about how overwhelmed you are, close the store for a while until you're back up to speed and have honoured the orders you've taken before allowing more people to spend their money with you.
I've asked for cancellation of the order now because I'm fed up of waiting and the time has passed when I needed them for, so we'll see if that comes to fruition. As a person, i understand there have been difficulties for the owner, but as a buyer from a business, it's disappointing.

Shocking delivery or lack of
Asking for a review when told a parcel has been shipped on 3/9/22 and is still not delivered by 12/9/22 will unfortunately not get a good review rating or comment. You have used Evri!!! as the carrier who have the worst reputation for delivery in the universe!!
Didn't arrive - Updated
Ordered 23 Aug and as of 9 Sep, it's still not arrive. Tracking says it is waiting drop off. phoned up, no answer. Sent email, no reply.

Update: The owner called me and explained that the item had been dispatched but might have gotten lost. He said he'd investigate and send out another set if needed. I was away until 19th September, but on my return home the items had arrived. Don't know if they were the original posted items or replacement, but they did eventually arrive. The guy I spoke with was actually very helpful and explained there have been a few problems recently. Despite the delays, it did eventually get resolved so am changing this from a 1 star review to a 4 star. Cheers Wylies for getting is sorted.

Nobody to speak to.
I received my order in timely fashion correct.The only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star was that I received no reply to my online chat and telephone went straight to answerphone. Nobody to speak to!
