The Southwold ladies are great
I went in to the Southwold store to try the dark midnight Pea coat the ladies persuaded me to try on the cocoa one which I was reluctant to do. I bought the cocoa one a colour I didn’t think suited me - it did.

Had a day out in York with my daughter and we popped into Wyse out of curiosity. Beautiful clothes and store layout. Both of us found clothes that we couldn’t resist buying despite the difference in age - real quality and amazing really feminine designs you don’t find elsewhere. But the main reason for the 5 star review is the staff who were so helpful, provided great advice and ideas and created such a friendly inviting atmosphere. They clearly loved what they were doing as well as fully behind the brand and company ethos.

Pre ordered a product and was surprised…
Pre ordered a product and was surprised to find my payment had been taken. When I queried it I was told this guaranteed delivery for me. Chased when the product was showing on the website and found that they were not going to deliver and they offered a refund and discount on a further purchase. I will never use the company again, but I wonder how long it would have taken them to offer me the refund had I not chased?

I just want to thank the lovely staff in the York store who have been so helpful with a recent item that I returned. I only got Caroline’s name, but everyone I spoke to was really helpful. I love Wyse in Southwold too, again staffed by lovely people.

Wonderful shopping experience!
I wanted to try the Remy dress in dark fig but the size 10 had sold out everywhere. I popped into the Marylebone store and the lovely lady working located one on the Kings road. I called them and they held the dress for me to try on - extending the hold as the northern line was down and I was stuck!
Trying on in the Kings road store is such a lovely hassle free experience- staff are lovely and suggestions on how to accessorise to the dress were very helpful.
And the dress…? It is absolutely gorgeous on - I really love it and will wear to absolutely every Christmas event, friends lunch to evening theatre. It is one of those rare finds that just works. Thanks to the team in Marylebone and the King’s Road!

Itlike a nice cashmere mix jumper on the photos , in reality it’s poor quality! After twice wearing it , it created so much pile and shedding, when I told the customer service, they said it was normal.
Not to this degree. Shame because they’re not so cheap at £280

My Wyse Experience
I have been shopping with Wyse since the first lockdown. I loved watching Marielle on instagram lives showcasing her new launches. I love all of my Wyse purchases. They are consistently great quality and they usually fit beautifully, I’m only 5,2” so that’s a big bonus. I have always had a positive experience if I’ve needed to contact customer service. Returning items is easy, although refunds are a little slow. The only real negative I can think of is that sometimes items can be on a long preorder
