In store assistants are lovely and speed of service for items bought on line is faster than most and I live abroad! When goods have been returned the service is, again, quick and efficient including refunds.

I have always been impressed with WYSE. I have found a number of things over the years and each time I’ve worn them they have been admired. If whatever I have purchased is returned it is acknowledged straight away and then my card reimbursed very quickly - superb service.

Overall I found the whole experience good from ordering to delivery. Refund are always processed within a reasonable time. The only negative is the amount of plastic sometimes used e.g. delivery bag and item bag inside. So many retailers (especially smaller ones) are trying their hardest to use anything but plastic, it would be lovely to see Wyse trying too!

We visited Southwold this weekend and as we sat in the pub I spotted a WYSE shop over the road … like finding an Oasis in the desert. I love WYSE, I only usually buy the clothes on line as I am not near any of the stores, so I HAD to visit. The staff that served me were amazing. So helpful and looking beautiful in the latest WYSE outfits. I ended up with 2 lovely purchases. The WYSE clothes are such lovely quality, style and colours and I love everything about the brand. I also like supporting a business I totally admire. Marielle has created something so special.

I’m a huge fan and when visit London head to both shops to have an in store experience. Both Marylebone & Kings Road would sadly disappointing. Marylebone one lady was on the phone outside and although the young assistant did acknowledge my existence (no one else in the store) she was not helpful at all regarding sizing. She was then told off by another staff member for not answering the phone. I tried on but will order online. Kings Road was dreadful. Both assistance seemed genuinely disinterested in the presence of customers. One put my items in the changing room but hadn’t, just left them on a rail. The other did but both were just chit chatting to each other. Again I was ready to drop £400 in there but will buy online. I won’t bother again tbh.

I have never had problems with online orders and do most of my clothes shopping online. However, the blouse I recently ordered was paper thin and not good quality for charging $275.00. Extremely overpriced. The faux leather pants were good quality for the price but they were much too big for the US size I ordered. I incorrectly assumed the company would have free returns as the better clothing stores offer this (The Fold, etc). I had to spend $75.00 to return the items! That’s a ridiculous cost to return something. Obviously I cannot afford to keep playing that game especially when sizing for the pants was so off so instead of exchanging, I returned. I’m very disappointed with the company policy on shipping as I really love your clothes. I won’t be ordering again.

I discovered Wyse earlier this year and haven’t looked back.
I have revitalised my wardrobe over the past few months with quality pieces that make me look and feel great and have given me some confidence back. Wyse has helped me build outfits rather than just buy a top because I like the look of it. I am now buying clothes that work together rather than random one offs that don’t get worn enough.
What I really appreciate is how Wyse explain how an outfit can work and also the steer they give on sizing and fit.
Any interactions I’ve had with the Customer Service team have been excellent leaving me feel valued as a customer and will mean I keep coming back. Thank you Wyse!

Great customer experience and overall quality excellent. Love design and colour. I would prefer waistlines lower as they tend to sit too high under the bust. Wyse do respond to feedback and some dresses are starting to have waistlines lower. Audrey jeans are the same as a few years ago Thank you

Customer service response to a request for a refund on a pair of sandals hardly worn, whereby the strap had nearly totally split away from the housing, was that they could not help but to suggest I took them to a cobbler. As the issue was caused by poor quality construction and not wear and tear (photos of damage and new looking soles were sent) I firmly believe this response is not acceptable. I cannot see any contact details to raise a complaint and will not be purchasing from Wyse in the future.
