Lovely experience as usual, lovely assistants, helpful and knowledgable. Every purchase I’ve made has been wonderful quality.

Every purchase from Wyse is always a pleasurable experience.
The clothes are styled well and of good quality. The customer may also suggest colours or styles for future pieces too. I love how you are given a glimpse of what’s planned for the next season, which helps budgeting.
All of the staff, either online or in store are extremely helpful and passionate about the products.
Marketing is pitched perfectly with Cath and Marielle making a great team and showing off the styles, making suggestions for pairing and getting the most out of each piece. Not many criticisms, but sometimes sizing is a bit off.
Leopard print is popular but there may be too much.

The dress is really confortable but also fits elegantly even if I am not a super model and it arrived fast after order. Easy to wash and iron too!

I bought the Millie boots in the sale. I absolutely love them. They are a great fit, longer on the leg than I expected which is great and a fab colour (cocoa)
I will cherish them!

The website is great and I love the videos of the clothes being worn by real people. Delivery is fast. I don’t find the fit to be particularly consistent , and skirts and trousers are often longer than expected after seeing the items being worn by Cath or Marielle. But the quality is generally very good and I particularly like the blouses and knitwear.

I absolutely love shopping with Wyse. Consistent style and quality. User friendly and informative website. Clothes that are easy to wear and can be elevated from day to night. Looking forward to the autumn/winter collection- especially the knitwear!

I have purchased and kept a couple of their dresses which I love.
Just purchased Otti
in white and just disappointed that the dress does not have a slip or lining, especially as it’s white.

This is often the case with their dresses and considering the price I think they should be lined.

I am a relatively recent customer but have had nothing but a positive experience with this company, from ordering to returns. The staff I have dealt with have all been very responsive and helpful.

Very quick to send and to refund. Always excellent service!

Customer service is excellent and emails are answered the same day, which is fantastic. Garments are of very good quality.

I have put four stars because the length taken to refund is not as swift as one would wish....

I had wonderful service in Marylebone from lovely Maria and Sarah. Genuinely lovely ladies who can’t do enough to help. Marielle , you’ve got the best staff! I then had wonderful service from Terezija at the Southwold store last week as well as from customer services . Love the clothes and love the service !

My friend & I visited London & shopped in the Marylebone & Kings Road stores. It was an absolute pleasure, the staff were so friendly & helpful. I usually buy online as I am not in the uk, and the lovely ladies very patiently checked the stock levels for the sale items in my size so I could make further purchases from home. Terezija in Southwold was amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful with fantastic knowledge of your designs/products. Sarah was equally lovely and my shopping experience was brilliant. I’ve visited the Kings Road store previously but I will make an absolute point to come to this store when we are in Southwold. Such hands on customer service is rare these days and that, combined with the beautiful clothes and store, make it worth more than one visit.
