Of three items returned to three separate companies last week, the piece returned to Wyse is the only one yet to even be acknowledged as a return. The other two have already been processed, and funds are being sent to my various credit cards. I think in a world where so much shopping is done online, this needs to be a lot slicker.

Wyse has amazing customer service - so many other retailers have chat bots. You can still email wyse and they answer quickly.
To my knowledge you can no longer email M& S or John Lewis.
Customer service is so important online.

I have ordered many items from wyse London and get good wear out of them but on too many occasions I have to wait 2-3 months after paying for delivery by which point the moment has passed and my wardrobe planning is messed up. It has happened too many times now so I will stop buying. Which js a shame as the clothes are generally good.

The staff in the Marylebone store were really friendly and helpful. I love the trousers and jacket that I bought and can’t wait to wear them.

Lacked quality control on checking items ..dress was oddly made with high placed waistband not as shown on pictures also £225 for a dress not made in UK not UK crafted and not lined is way over priced and anyone else saying that price point for such a garment is daft. I’m also waiting for my refund on certain a week

Lovely clothes, I only wish they were more affordable.
I just received an order for a pair of trousers, the fit is ok but would have liked to have tried the next size up just to compare. Unfortunately they are now sold out so I now have to return. As they are expensive (for me) I can’t afford to keep if they are not perfect in every way.

I had fantastic help from Maria in the Marylebone store, not only did she give me good sizing advice but on discovering they didn’t have the size I required she then tracked the item down to the Southwold store and phoned them for me. When I was handed the phone to finish the transaction with the necessary details in order to have it posted to me, I had equally helpful and charming service from one of the ladies in the Southwold store. All in all a more than satisfactory experience.

Royal Mail tracking shows my return has been sitting in their warehouse for a week now with no information and no confirmation of receipt. Plenty of other stores, at much cheaper price points, manage to process refunds swiftly and keep the customer informed so this really is not acceptable.

Great customer service, I contacted the store to check availability of an item and the team were able to process a telephone order for me straight away. Thanks for all your help

Unfortunately I didn’t suit the items and returns were easy & refunds processed quickly.

I was delighted to find Wyse London in Southwold last Summer and since then it has become my absolute favourite...my wardrobe is a growing delight of beautiful pieces, I'm well and truly hooked! I receive so many compliments on my outfits now and they help me feel so good too! Thank you so much to all you Wyse ladies!
