We purchased 3 x smoke detectors and 1 x heat detector for our new office along with a base station. The reason for the purchase was they are all linked and I can monitor each detector via the app. I also have the ability to test the alarms and this is recorded within the app so makes proving testing is being done really easy. I did raise a query in regards to testing all the alarms together instead of having to test individually. Although this could not be done, I was givent the opportunity to test their new 'Alarm Drill' function. This completly solves my problem and allows me to test all the alarms together. Their response to my emails is really quick. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend the products to everyone.

If we didn’t have x-sense fire alarms, we probably would have lost our house. We heard the fire alarms and thought it was just a false alarm since we started a fire in our wood burning, but when we went to hit the silent button it continued to alarm and all alarms and home speakers announce the location of the smoke. I went to the associated alarm and found smoke at the ceiling of our 2nd story. As I moved further I saw flames coming out of the wall. I was able to call 911 and get 5 gallons of water and a small fire extinguisher on the fire, which quenched the flames long enough to get the fire department onsite before it started flaming up again. If I didn’t get notified as quickly as I did, with the smoke sensitivity and location, my home would have been a much bigger disaster than it was.
Along with this story, the alarms are great for knowing battery level and also easy to silence. My wife is always burning things on the stove and when it comes to silencing any alarms it is always a pain, but with these it is easy to silence false alarms. Having the base also make it easier for alarms mounted on higher ceilings, minimizing needing the ladder for any type of false alarm or needing to test them. Highly recommend.

I purchased the smoke detector/carbon monoxide. I installed it. I pay for the monthly subscription. The detectors never notify me on two different occasions. I can’t get anyone at customer service to help me because they said that the Chinese lantern festival is going on right now so they are limited on trying to help me. I feel like I’ve been scammed at this point.

And when you just follow the instructions, its easy to connect all with the base station.
You can test every single one and they got a very long battery life.

I’m very pleased with these smoke detectors—they look sleek and feel solidly built. I ordered a version with a "voice guide," but seemingly accidentally ordered the model for the U.S. market. Their customer service reached out to me, they were very helpful and explained the situation and asked how I wanted to proceed.
I had the option to:
1. Switch to the European version (but it only had a German voice guide),
2. Choose a different model, or
3. Request a refund.
I opted for the European version with the German voice guide. I'm from the Netherlands and I have a lot of appreciation for Germans and love the German language. Every language has something beautiful about it, and German is no exception.
Big thumbs up to X-Sense for their excellent service and to the German voice guide for adding a touch of charm!
P.S. delivery was very quick.

Order Carbon monoxide and fire alarm online. Over a month and still no product! I emailed the company several times and i have NOT received any reply back. Not even to conform or acknowledge my email. Terrible company!

Installed 2 of the solar powered cameras which provide superb quality images.
One had a problem with the charging system which turned out to be caused by a weak Wi-Fi signal.
I contacted customer support who were excellent i not only identifying the issue but suggesting a simple solution that worked well.
If you're looking for a model if what good customer support looks like then this is it!

I was about to cancel my order as i found out the product would not work for my situation, i decided i would first send an email to see if there was any possible solution.
Customer service always responds within 24 hours and they clearly explained what was causing my problem as well as a possible solution which i ended up going with. Good customer service really defines a good company here!

Responsive customer service. I had mistakenly ordered combination alarm ap09-sr instead of Mr. They promptly replied to my question about the item and offered either a return if I can ship the item or a 50% refund since the item did not match my expectations.

I have several things from X-Sense, water detectors, smoke detectors, a camera and for temperature.
In total 16.
At first a was unhappy with the camera and complaned about it, and prompt they return my money.
Tried other cameras but... After maybe 6 months I go back to X-sense camera and after a firmware update it works fine, just like all other detection devices.
So I'm happy with X-sense!

I just wanted to praise the excellent Customer Service in replacing my defective Smoke Detector / CO Detector. They were prompt in their response and followed through with the return process. I have replaced the old unit with the new one and everything is working appropriately now.
