YES CPC/CPM is 90% cheaper.
UNFORTUNATELY after DAY 1 of new signups;
EVERY AD retargets 80% of the existing pool.
THIS runs true across ALL CAMPAIGN TYPES:
- Clicks + SALES (tracking SIgnups) + REACH

We spent $1,500 over several weeks.
We tested numerous ad copies and formats.
We tracked EVERYTHING from X USING Internal analytics dashboards.
We were ultimately banned by X after 1 week.

They only provided the standard rationale, and refused to answer ANY questions.

Reddit is riddled with millions of users complaining about being banned permanently for inauthentic behavior. You send a suspension appeal and receive an automated appeal rejection within half a second. To hell with Elon Musk. He can deboost himself

I had a Twitter account since '16.
They suspended my account over some "Rules" that I feel I did not break.
I am providing Investment Research and Technical Analysis for Financial Markets.
My profile discloses the risks and there is a disclaimer.
I am mentioning Forex trading is risky and that it's not a direct financial advice.
They blocked my '16 account and I appealed, only to get an automated response from a bot, saying they will not unblock it.
Asked for a reason, they did not provide.
They don't say anything, not giving a reason or a solution.
I opened a new account, all the same thing, got blocked again, even though I am specifically saying it's not financial advice, only market commentary, there are risks, etc.
ALL THIS STARTED WHEN I STOPPED PAYING FOR PREMIUM!
All accounts with my IP get blocked.
THIS IS AGAINS ANY RIGHTS.
I don't have this issue with other Social platforms.
X.com is full of these SCAMMERS with Crypto Meme Coins, but they let them be.
Instead, people like me, who want to share their voice normally, get banned.
People like me need X to share their content and grow, but they prefer to allow SCAM!
Their systems blocking me and not telling me what and how.

X is a worthless scam, only good for promoting Elon.
I had a serious offer for SpaceX and asked Grok how to reach them. Grok told me what to do on X, and I did so, which resulted in X suspending my account, but they didn't stop charging me.
The support email X gave was a "noreply," and "DM @Premium" doesn't work

DELETED MY ACCOUNT (SUSPENDED), AFTER I POSTED COMPLAINTS ABOUT MONEY BEING SPENT ON ISRAEL AND ON THE IRAN WAR.

My account is stuck in a technical loop. X Support sent an email confirming "full functionality" was restored, but I am still in a read-only state.

I cannot add a phone number to verify my identity because the system blocks me. The automated support is useless and doesn't fix backend synchronization errors. This is a total deadlock. Please fix the account status for users who have been cleared of any violations!

I give Twitter X 0 out of 5 for failing to resolve my hacked account. I immediately reported the issue to X support when the hacker changed my password and email address. The response was unacceptable, claiming that they could not verify my phone number and email. I still have no access to my main account after trying to submit another complaint.

Then my account was suspended because the hacker sent spam to my followers.

This social media platform also does not suspend accounts that spread medical misinformation.

I have been suspended for some time now and for no reason.
Of course you cant get hold of anyone so always have to go through the channels to no avail.
I have just about given up as there is no one that actually works there that you can speak to.

I recently joined x and made an account so that I could post and share my art as well as follow other artists I love. I made one post about a week in and a few days later my account was suspended. No explanation or warning. I didn’t post anything crazy or that violated their rules so I appealed it and I received an email to tell me I broke several rules. (In my first ever post?) I clicked the link and read over their rules and none of them were broken. I even saw there’s a section which says the following:

We start from a position of assuming that people do not intend to violate our Rules. Unless a violation is so egregious that we must immediately suspend an account, we first try to educate people about our Rules and give them a chance to correct their behavior. We show the violator the offending post(s), explain which Rule was broken, and require them to remove the content before they can post again. If someone repeatedly violates our Rules then our enforcement actions become stronger. This includes requiring violators to remove the post(s) and taking additional actions like verifying account ownership and/or temporarily limiting their ability to post for a set period of time. If someone continues to violate Rules beyond that point then their account may be permanently suspended.

So where did you try to ‘educate’ me, as a new user, or give me a chance to explain or understand? They dont even follow their own policies and rules, just penalise people for no reason. It’s a complete joke!

I had an account that was not used at all. I never posted or commented on anything. I decided to go and delete it to find it had been banned. I appealed and I get the same automated response stating that I was spamming comments (not true)

Words cannot express how disgusting and unprofessional their customer support is. They randomly ban and suspend people Permanently for NO REASON and reject appeals with no explanation. Most pathetic service I've ever seen even Facebook is better than X!!!

Twitter has become one man's social media voice: Mr. Elon Musk. He got his idea from so called Truth social which should be really called Lie social and sustain itself like he latter on the back of mini accounts that never going to be as popular as Mr. Musk. Mr. Musk who is not even as creative as Mr. Trump who sustain his living Mansion Mara Lago on back of visitors and it's club members much in the same format. X.com then twist or sensors ideas even praise and jokes that find itself showing current event. Kingdom of Elon Musk not a freedom of may the best ideas come to the top, but sensors and funnel information he may want others to hear. Everything is to promote Elon and get people to pay to that end, really campaign really much like, Lie social (aka Truth social).

Suspended for no reason! I created my account and made a few posts: a photo of myself and a photo of my cat. I didn't do anything bad, but my account was suspended the next day.

Why? You never pointed towards 1 valid reason, you just clicking buttons in your UI that make you happy, but they are lies. I never violated any rules and you know that.

I used X as a free user for years. I never had any issues. My behavior on the platform never changed. On April 7, 2026, I paid for an X Premium subscription covering April 7 to May 7, 2026.

Four days later, on April 11, I received an email saying my account was suspended for "inauthentic behavior." No specific action was mentioned. No warning was given. Nothing changed about how I used the platform. The only thing that changed was that I became a paying customer.

I now have a full month of paid subscription I cannot use. I cannot post, reply, or contribute to any conversation. The platform took my money and removed my access days later based on a vague policy violation with no evidence provided.

X states in the suspension email that your Premium subscription will not be canceled automatically. So you keep paying for a service you cannot access unless you manually cancel it yourself.

I submitted an appeal through the official support form. The process offers no real feedback and no human response. There is no way to reach actual support.

I was a loyal free user for years with no issues. The moment I paid, I lost my account. That pattern is worth noting for anyone considering an X Premium subscription.

X needs to review accounts properly before acting on reports, communicate clearly with paying customers, and offer a fair and fast appeals process. Right now none of that exists.

I've never had an X account before and never wanted one, but I had a problem with YouTube, and Google Support told me to send a tweet to an account called TeamYouTube on X who would help solve my Issue . So I reluctantly created an X account, sent a tweet to TeamYouTube, got a reply, then sent a reply back. I was waiting for their second reply and three hours later I get an email from X saying my account has been suspended for "Inauthentic Accounts", apparently my two tweets seeking help was "inauthentic behaviour that undermined the Integrity of X" lol please. So I never did get my original problem solved. X is a junk website ran by bots, good luck getting any human support, and any company using X as a customer support portal is also a junk company.
