Drake was very easy to talk with and kept me informed about the process and time frame for my car mats to be completed ans quality of materials used is top notch

I placed my order on 12AUG. I’ve been told 3 times they need to get the correct measurements!!! Why offer something that you don’t have measurements for. I’ve been emailing and told two weeks ago they would be shipped out over a week ago. Here we are in OCT and still no mats. No one answers the phone and never gotten a response from their chat option. I want a full refund at this point!!!!

The company made the experience great by guiding me throughout the order experience when the mats came in they fit perfectly and exactly how I imagined they would fit. Would recommend to order from them.

I just wanted to give out my honest review. I was hesitant at first to make the purchase but Drake my customer service representative provided me with some samples of what they have manufactured for the Cadillac Lyriq. I received the mats and they look stunning, unlike the Luxus or Weathertec mats that I purchased before. They fit Snug and the material is very durable. A huge shout out to X1Mats I appreciate ya'll, once my Kia Stinger is out from the shop I'll get in touch again!

Drake from X1Mats was excellent with customer service. Passenger Side did not fit correctly. Let Drake know and he took care of it for me. After I took some panoramic photos for him. Mats are fantastic. I get alot of compliments. Plus now my entire car is protected. 2024 hyundai pallisade ultimate calligraphy. Thanks again drake

Mats fit great! Custom logo is perfect! These exceeded my expectations very happy with them and the customer service overall! Delivered in a reasonable time frame considering they are custom cut and custom logo!

Great fit and amazing look. Matches the car contours and colors. Extra pocket is nice for air freshener or phone etc. very satisfied

I've had these floormates for about 3 years in my 2018 Audi A6. What high quality craftsmanship. They fit like a glove, continue to protect, and even enhance the interior appearance of my car. I am very satisfied with these floormates and probably one of the best upgrades I've done.Big shout out to my man Maverick in customer service. After 3 years I needed a clip for one of my carpets that finally broke.He sent me a set! Class 1 company Class 1 service.

Superb mats for my KIA Stinger. Fit is glove tight, quality is amazing, craftmanship is beautiful and the interior has stepped up a few levels. I can't wait for this company to have more stuff like seat covers. Customer service is amazing, shipping was fast, and the packaging very descent for long distance travels.
Incredibly happy with this company.

Purchased mats for my 2005 350Z convertible.
Purchasing was easy, they call you to make the sale final. Nice conversation.
After a few weeks the package arrived.
I was so dissapointed rhat the fit was so miserable.
Nothing fitted right in my Z.
So I mailed them with my complaint. They replied that I had to make pictures of how it looked. They confirmed that wasn't right. And told me to keep these mats and they would contact the design department.
After 2 months I get an email from DHL that mats from X1 will be delivered shortly.
I had to pay import costs, but that was not a problem because the second package contained the mats which fitted nearly perfect.
I'm very happy with these mats and especially the way they handled my complaint.

If you’re looking for the highest quality of leather mats for your car, this is definitely the place. This is my second time ordering from this company and these mats Absolutely gorgeous and made with highest quality materials.

The best thing about this company is the customer service. They found a problem with my order, called me about it gave me options fixed the issue and shipped out the mats right away. Their attention to detail has a lifetime customer and I will be buying more mats for all of my future cars.

X1 is amazing! I have X1 floor mats, dash covers as well as seat covers! What an addition to my 2019 Polaris Slingshot. I had originally purchased new after market seats but returned them due to a fit issue. Ordered seat covers from X1 for my factory seats. Wow! The look and fit is unbelievable! I couldn't be happier with these purchases!

I have a brand new 2024 slingshot. others slingshot owners talk highly about these mats. I have seen them in person and love the look and feel of them. I'm waiting on minds to come in. Maverick the salesperson is so easy to work with. I'll give him a 5 star and when I get the mats, I will give an update how they are.

I bought these mats, the driver side didnt quite fit correctly, contacted them and they sent another that fits perfectly. Im very pleased with the overall quality, fitment, look and customer service. They are expensive but I believe they are well worth it.

The best car mats on the market hands down. Their stylish and very durable and easy to wipe clean. I put them in all of my cars. 2 Mercedes-Benz AMG S63, (wife) AMG GT 63s, (Mom) AMG E63, Range Rover Supercharger, ,Both my daughter BMW 530i and 330i, BMW X3 M40i and now my Lamborghini Urus. I love them. I know because I had other custom mats that faded and chipped up after the snow or rain hits them and it puts a hole in the mat from your heel after driving. But Not X1Mats, they are solid. And I tell you the truth Maverick is the best customer service guy I know helps out a lot

First of all, let me just say how nice it is to have customer service representatives be very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products these days. Maverick and the rest of the team made my ordering process absolutely painless.
I ordered my first set of mats a little over a year ago for a Mercedes, and the fit and quality is exceptional...they literally still look "new". So needless to say, I immediately came back to X1 Mats to place orders for my wife and I new Lincoln SUVs.
Thanks X1 Team, I'm looking forward to our new mats...X1 Mats are my only recommended source for luxury auto floor coverings!

I haven’t had the mats long, so I can’t speak to their longevity, but the initial quality and fit is stellar. I have a car that is no longer in production (2009 Pontiac G8 GXP) and these fit like a glove. They come in a smallish box so they get some wrinkles, but I’m being told those will lessen or even disappear in time. I had the pockets installed and my cars logo stitched in and it looks identical to the logo on my factory seats. I don’t think I could be happier with the outcome.

I order a lot online for my vehicle customizations. I am EXTREAMLY happy with X-1 mats. I took photos, just photos and they were not only able to make the mats but they fit perfectly and the customer service was almost immediately responsive. this is the company to do business with.
