Not Durable
I bought the mats over 2 years ago and I already have a hole in them. I don’t recommend them, rubber mats or thick carpet ones are more durable, they look great and fit great but definitely not durable. That responsr from the company I should upgrade is ridiculous. Those mats cost over 220.00, I expect them to last longer. I will go with all weather tech which replaces your Mats if you have any issues without any questions or problems. I have them on two of my other vehicles. So thanks anyway,

Bill G was dead on with all information! Told me the process on how to order them and he spoke highly of the quality. I mostly bought them for the heat that accumulates on the passenger side. But I was surprised that the looks of them are outstanding ! Worth every penny !!!!

Poor quality at very high price
Poor quality at very high price. Their sales executive promised me that quality is very good and suitable for canadian weather. Unfortunately its not good for snow and rainy weather. When i made complaint and ask them to return their sales executive denied as they don't have any return policy and also threaten me not to post any review.
I don't recommend these mats and this company for any product.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I should have gone with my instincts. The lack of reviews as well as the negative reviews on Reddit told me to beware, but I wanted these mats. LASER MEASURED, MY BUTT! They were cut wrong, had to overlap them in the middle of the Navigator, creating a trip hazard for passengers. We sent them back, even though they were taking a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. We shipped the package back, received tracking information that it had arrived at the country of origin, and they refused delivery. In fact, they shipped it back to us and kept all the money. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I read their response. We didn’t tell you?! Shall I cut and paste the many emails that went back and forth between us?

Though the first set on my 4Runner wasn’t perfect, I contacted F1 mats and they not only quickly sent out a corrected set, they kept in constant contact to ensure things went smoothly. I have used this company three different times to purchase mats for my Range Rover, Mercedes G550 and now my Ram Truck. In October, I ordered custom floor mats for my Tesla Model Y from F1Mats. The total cost, including customization fees, was a significant $700. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.
Issues encountered:
Incorrect color: The received mats were off-white instead of the white I ordered.
Refund refusal: My request for a full refund due to the color discrepancy was denied.
Poor fit: The mats did not fit well in my car, appearing loose and looking unappealing.
Oversized rear mats: The rear mats were too large and required folding, preventing the doors from closing properly.
Potential pricing concerns: Similar mats can be found on online marketplaces like Aliexpress at significantly lower prices, raising concerns about potential markups at F1Mats.
Overall, I am deeply disappointed with my purchase from F1Mats. The combination of quality concerns, customer service issues, and potential pricing discrepancies make it difficult for me to recommend them. My advice to potential buyers is to thoroughly research alternative options and consider all factors before making a purchase from F1Mats.

In your case, our customer service representative informed you that our white color is not the exact match for the Tesla. Every color has different layers or shades, and we suggested that you go for the Black and white stitches as it would match the white color of the Tesla seats. However, you decided to go with the white color.
We're proud to be the only company globally manufacturing leather mats. Therefore, there is no comparison between us and any other company as everyone else is dropshipping from China. However, if you want to try another company, we highly recommend using AliExpress as you will get the same product for a much cheaper price.

Once I made the online order, Maverick from F1 Mats reached out personally the next day to go over my order to make sure it was correct. The mats arrived surprisingly fast and the fit and finish were perfect in my 2016 Escalade. Perfect for Tesla Model S
Recently purchased for my Tesla Model S. They are durable and easy to clean. I love that they are so robust. I am only waiting for them to get worn in some as they make some squeaking noise still when the seats adjust. These were well worth it.
