I am very satisfied with my experience with X2O. I ordered 2 mirror cabinets, which by the way were exactly what I wanted but at a very reasonable price. Theye were Delivered on time. Unfortunately, one of the cabinets accidentally fell during installation and the mirror smashed (obviously no fault of x2o). The other one had a little bit of a small chip on the mirror corner but nothing too serious. I called customer service and they offered to replace both cabinets (!), even though at least for one of them, it was my own fault. This was beyond what I expected and I was really impressed with the level of care provided. The replacement cabinets arrived quickly and they are both on the wall. Thank you x2o. This is what I call customer care. TOP.

Great advisors, great afterservice
The showrooms don't work with salespeople but with 'advisors'. You have to, and will experience this, when you go to one of the showrooms. It is a different experience from other shops.
I received a slighly damaged bathroom cabinet, twice. I got the ability to upgrade to a more expensive, more luxurious model free of charge.
