Efficient shopping with Max
Max helped us at the shop in Zaandam today. It was very efficient, he knew exactly what we wanted/needed and could advise on the spot. He also put the offer together very fast. The shop is quite big, so it was easy to see the examples of almost everything. The pricing is better than in the other stores and the brand selection is very good.

Very good but pathetic delivery service
Hi , X20 side they are great in assisting and helping us with order , appointment for delivery but we had a very pathetic experience with the delivery company.
We ordered a bath tub, two people came to deliver it of which a small boy and an elder one. Elder one did not come out of vehicle and I offered help to the small boy to get the accessories and bath tub down from vehicle infront of my home.
I asked the boy as I helped him to just put it inside my home at entrance and we were almost done finishing the job and by the time the elder delivery boy who is not at all doing his job today and just saying rules that we were not insured to put in house although the younger one was already sort of doing it.
I told my wife is pregnant and we already had did teh job almost and his replies were not so friendly and asks us to take someone help and not of that boy.
It was rude of him that I offered them help and in return he was very rude of not even helping to move the bath tub for just a 1 meter more distance and does not even make other to do it.
