Updated Review…

15/05/24
I started off with a bad experience when I initially ordered the product and wrote in and didn't get any response, cancelled my subscription and kept trying to reach out to Xbrain, Rogar who is the CEO responded with an apology and eventually I received my Tro Blue Cannatine and a Free Tro Mune pack so I have changed the review to 4 stars based on this and the fact that it took over a month to rectify the issue.

10/04/24
I am really disappointed with my order delivered today of Tro Blue Cannatine TX, as it seems wet inside the plastic packaging where the trochees are housed and I'm certain this shouldn't be like this. I'm not able to take this product like this. I have written to customer service and sent a picture. I have not received any response or indication that they have even received my email at all yet. This is disappointing as I have started a monthly subscription which I may have to cancel in this case.

product information requires moral and legal correction

This single rating system is beyond inane.

It is quite possible that the product is effective and without adverse side-effects, in which case, one would be tempted to offer upwards of three stars.

The reason for the one star concerns product information on the Troscriptions ZZZ TX. On the reverse of the packet in red, it states “WARNING: Do not buy or use the product unless you scan the QR code, read and understand its contents...”

My concern is twofold. First, I do not possess a smart phone and therefore cannot access the QR code. Since there was no notice of the requirement for a smartphone was made prior to purchase, it is at best discriminatory against, at worst, underhand, toward those people who do not possess a smartphone who happen to purchase the product in question. I expect the Equality Commissioner will take interest in such discrimination.

Second, any information relevant to the purchase of a product must be provided prior to purchase. To make a condition available only after purchase is an attempt to insert into a contract a condition of contract after the conclusion of that contract. Such a condition is thus null and void (Olley v Marlborough Court Ltd [1949] 1 KB 532). Immediate consequences are as follows:
• As an attempt on the part of Troscriptions to avoid liability in the event a customer experiences an adverse reaction, the notice is, in England and Wales at least, null and void.
• Whenever preventative, diagnostic or therapeutic medical procedure is offered, the obligation lies with those offering such to ensure that those subject to them are able to exercise their right of free and informed consent (Montgomery v Lanarkshire Health Board [2015] UKSC 11). With regard to being informed, one is to be given sufficient information, i.e., to allow individuals to make choices that will affect their health and well-being on proper information. Sufficient information includes being informed of the material risks of taking the procedure (which would include all the consequences including exposure to long-term risks). As an attempt to inform the customer, the notice in red, as noted above, for those customers without smartphones, could not be more inadequate. It is tantamount to no notice at all. Accordingly, with regard to said class of customers, the package information does not satisfy the requirements at law to ensure their informed consent. This is itself sufficient to raise legal interest – quite aside from the question of your and Troscriptions’ liability in the event that any such customer experiences adverse reactions.

It is not difficult to provide relevant information to all potential customers prior to purchase and it appears thus important, legally and morally, to do so.

I Ordered HRW tablets from you they arrived promptly
But the mark on the bottom said they were out of date, I reported this to you via Email and got no response.

So no after sales service and you've left me with pills I can not take. Thanks for a terrible service.
