“Okay” at best…

Postage cycle leaves me without product for c. 1 week every month so doesn’t really work as a subscription in the UK. The actual product is “okay” at best and having switched to an alternative recently I’m already feeling greater benefits. Overall I wouldn’t recommend a subscription to xbrain.

Positive Resolution Despite Delay

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XBrain. I placed an order for supplements over a month ago and have yet to receive the products. To make matters worse, despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have received no response.

What's even more frustrating is that I was charged for the products immediately upon placing the order, and the company has failed to provide any updates on the status of my order. It's evident that they prioritize taking customers' money over delivering the products they promised.

I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of communication and transparency from XBrain is unacceptable. The fact that they have not even processed a refund for the undelivered products is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Their lack of professionalism, failure to deliver, and refusal to provide a refund make it clear that they are not a reliable or trustworthy company to do business with.

I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others considering purchasing from XBrain. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for your supplement needs.

UPDATED: I recently had an experience with XBrain that, while initially frustrating, ultimately left me with a more positive impression.

I placed an order for a product that, unfortunately, was not delivered as expected. It took a full month to resolve the issue and receive a refund. While the delay was less than ideal, I do appreciate that XBrain eventually took the necessary steps to address the situation.

The fact that they acknowledged the problem and rectified it, even after a delay, speaks to their dedication to their customers. The refund process was smooth, and I received the amount in full.

While there was room for improvement in the timeliness of the resolution, I'm willing to consider XBrain for future purchases based on their willingness to make things right. It's reassuring to know that they value their customers' experience and strive for positive outcomes.

Thank you, XBrain, for ultimately resolving this matter to my satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in response times in the future, but I appreciate your dedication to customer service.

As this order has not come back us yet from spain after it did not get through customs we are waiting for this to come back before refunding. All customs clearance is on the customer buying the gods. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt and refund you today even though we have not gotten this order to us from spain again.

Money refunded.

This is an updated review.

Previously i had a problem with a delivery to Portugal,
the product never arrived.
I understand now that it was a problem with the Portuguese customs, and not Xbrain.
They refunded the payment, so all good.
