Maria was (is) great!
I did not received my ticket so I write them an email: the next morning the ticket was sent to me (in a very nice and warm email).

Lost tickets retrieved

I had my email box 100% full so I thought I had lost the tickets I bough to a major event. Maria and Clara from Xceed helped me in minutes to get my tickets back and were really usefull and kind!

Refunded tickets

Accidentally bought tickets for the wrong night and they were very helpful and generous giving me a refund without many concerns! So great ☺️

Unbelievable customer service!

Unbelievable customer service!! Maria was incredibly helpful and responded instantly to my refund request and questions around getting my tickets loaded onto the app. very impressed!
