They were patient to stick with me to get the correct data so the conversion could be made. Now I am on my way with XcelBooks.

Awesome customer service, fantastic software. The support has been incredible, they helped migrate my data from Qbooks into their fantastic xcel accounting software. Cant thank them enough. I am a 30 year accountant and used Qbooks all these years, the greed with Intuit had me searching high and low for new accounting software that was not cloud based. Xcel Books came to the rescue.

I tried XcelBooks accounting software for my small business. It can issue and print invoices, estimates and purchase orders. Also, I can record all my transactions in one place. The file size is small which is very convenient. Their customer support are super helpful and so professional. Actually, I am happy that I migrated from my previous accounting software to XcelBooks.

Excellent file , have much useful features comparing to it's price it is perfect and much value, with a helpful customer service who replies to the emails very fast.

I am looking for an excel based accounting software. The majority of reviews I have seen on xcelbooks are based on what this program CLAIMS to do. Is there anyone out there who is actually using xcelbooks to run their business? Or does everyone reviewing just think it's a great idea that they WANT to try? I also note that bbb.org has NO search results for this company. Is this even a real company? No surprise xcelbooks domain is private.

Disclosure... I have been given full version of this software for free in exchange for testing it and giving an honest impression once we have put it through its paces.

First impression - Because I have not yet tested this software, I can only comment on their support,

I had a few questions so I sent them an email. 16 minutes later I had a reply. So far, I can say the support is very responsive, and hope this is the norm.

Once I've had time to put the software through its paces, I will come back and tell you more of my findings.

Looking forward to using the software, hopefully it’s as good as it’s shown on their website.

Great software! easy to use

I have been using this software from last three months. its user friendly and fulfils all basic requirement of an organization.

Nice to have a GOOD software and i love it.

This is a very welcome development, but hope it won't crash as excel is known for crashing when much data is involved? Aside from this fear, this is a wonderful job well done. Kudos for the innovative idea of creation.
