SARCASTIC SERVICE

It was a very bad experienced when the lady in the counter named PEMA treat me badly in cube mall branch. I was just asking that her keyboard is same what i am purchasing just to see the battery i asked her if we can open it and she told me "OPEN IT I CANNOT OPEN AND I DONT HAVE ENERGY" in sarcastictic way. She dont have hospitaly. i dont think she's in the right place to work I suggestfor her to work in back of the house or in warehouse were she cannot encounter customers which is customers need hospitality and good service for our needs and inquiries.

Absolutely useless management

Absolutely useless management and of no service to customers. They gave me credit for a warranty item but then didn't credit my account. Want me to drive to Rai to collect some TR code. The manager says to go speak to Qutaiba Alghanim if I have an issue. Anyone has his contact? I need to tell him what a disservice his staff are doing to loyal 25+ year old customers

stomer service & Delivery are very worst.

Customer service & Delivery are very worst .you will have to wait for the whole day and no use. Customer service they don't know about the time of delivery and then don't have a track of it.
It's a mystery my whole day wasted waiting for their delivery..they said before 4 nothing happened. Very bad experience

Do not bye anything or at least do your best to avoid buying from excite, horrible customer service, cheap items, high prices, I bought a Phillips trimmer., after two months, the wire went bad. obviously they told me no warranty so I had to buy it. The wire is more expensive than the trimmer. How ridiculous is that? I will continue shopping at ShipMoe.com Still is a better deal!

X-cite sucks

This is the most stupid shop on the planet my mum bought me an Apple ID subscription it said it had to be redeemed at the US storefront hello I live in Kuwait and my mom was so excited for me to have this and then when I went to an xcite then this nice man who works there, told me that if you bought it in America, then you could only access it, how idiotic is that and the shop is so bad and the people are rude that even a 10-year-old girl like me can hate it if any of the people who work in X-cite are reading this you are dumb stupid and idiotic. Oh, and don’t forget rude. This is the worst shop ever I hate X-cite It's crap

I buy s22 ultra from xcite fahahel, thy did not inform me about Samsung care plus free with device. It need to be activate within 60days of purchase. Customer service and system is worst I never see some Egyption people giving any importance toward sales

Problem in 50 inch Haier smart tv (2022 model)

I bought 50 inch Haier smart tv but exactly after one year it got some display problem. I checked with the customer service they say that the warranty expired and I have to pay the for just visit to my place and to identify the issues and they amount they charge is not refundable. One my friend suggested that they Xcite Al ghanim products are good quality and last for long. In view of the above I am very much disappointed.

Customer Service is none existence

Customer Service is none existence, Website having technical issues, I placed order and payment deducted from my credit card. However, I didn't received order confirmation and coudnt find my order in order history.
Tried to contact customer care but no response. Worst service ever, now I will file dispute with my bank to recover the payment.

I have purchased a washing machine and it will be stopped for many times, they took it to their manufacturer but without benefit.
I made a lot of complaints no 14062340 but no someone from xcite help me

Unacceptable

Me and my husband bought a Samsung TV from Xcite on April 30th 2023. After fighting with the company for over a month, we finally got a refund (beginning of June). I was really very disappointed. The customer service is really terrible.

The customer service center kept forwarding me to a different place and the other place forwarded me back to the customer service center! After over a month of this, I was then asked by someone in customer service (apparently the manager) to go to an Xcite store and the manager at the store had no idea why I was there! When I gave him the name of the customer service manager who directed me to go to the store to collect my refund, the store manager told me that he's never heard of him! Me and my husband refused to leave the store until we got our refund. Alhamdulilah, the store manager did resolve our issue and we got our refund.

I really hope this never happens to another customer. I also hope that someone from Xcite reads this review and listens to all the calls I made to customer service. Maybe it was about 30 calls. I have no idea. It was a lot. My husband made so many calls, did online chats, and sent emails. He was getting so tired of this too. Astagfar Allah. We were fighting for our rights.

Alhamdulilah for everything. It was a lesson for me. I used to buy from Xcite all the time but I'll never buy from Xcite again.

X-cite Website Virus Attacks Causing Order Errors

From the beginning, X-cite has had :
Incompetent staff
Inept team members
Overpriced products
No customer service, AT ALL
and lately added to this list of failures, they now have virus attack on their website causing issues with orders.

If you are concerned about IDENTITY THEFT, you may want to stay away from X-cite Alghanim.

Purchased an item online at X-cite by Al-Ghanim and my card was charged but the order didn't appear in their system because according to the agent I spoke to, "sometimes there are viruses on the system."

If you have respect yourself...

If you have respect yourself, don't buy anything from X-Cite Avenues Mall branch. Prefer other tech stores next to them.

They are not professional and they don't have work ethic.

I tried to buy a product worth 127.9 KD, but my card didn't work. After 1 hour, I talked to my bank and fixed the problem and visited the same store.

They said me they can't sell without 2-year warrenty and the price of the product is 140. They remembered something very precious! Lol.

And they are not changing the price tag. It is still 127.9, hilarious joke!

And when I tried to talk, they ignored me.

Thats why they are still very SMALL and they can't grow.

I would rate it Zero, it does not even deserve a star! Be Aware DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY! They are liars and will NEVER deliver as promised!! 2 days now and I have not heard from them, placed millions of complains with no answer!!

Nightmare service

I bought many items from X cite.
Be careful as they will sell you warranty very enthusiastically and give you all sort of assurances. Reality is totally different. when device breaks down they will insist you bring it to their service center and bear the cost plus waste your time.

Their customer service is pathetic and chat service is even worse than that

The worst company when comes to refund, no one want to give answer, very one keeps sending you to someone else and endup with a answer ... not in my hands... ? whom we should contact, Dont know.

Please hire a good people who can…

Please hire a good people who can listen to customers and provide a assistance. After waiting for 10 minutes someone from xcite answer the call and not responded my query. I called again and same guy answered the call query was not responded again.
