Bought a ticket, never confirmed a win nor loss. Then proceeded to spam my number for months now after opting out, blocking it and reporting it as spam. Competitions are either not real or lack any professionalism wouldn’t recommend trusting these young group of ‘lads’ at all.

I recently entered one of X-Clusive Comps' competitions, taking advantage of their advertised free entry postal route. I diligently followed all the terms and conditions laid out on their website, and since the draw was undersold, I was confident my entries would be included.

Before the draw, I reached out via email to inquire about receiving my ticket numbers. I was assured that they would be added before the draw and that I would receive an email notification. However, to my dismay, my entries were never added, despite the fact that I have proof of delivery for my entries. When I followed up to ask for an explanation, my emails were simply ignored.

This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. Even though I was using the free entry option, it is unacceptable for them to advertise this method if they are not going to honor it. This not only undermines trust but also raises concerns about whether their other competitions are being managed properly.

Such behavior is concerning, especially in a sector that should adhere to strict standards set by the gambling commission. I would advise potential entrants to think twice before engaging with X-Clusive Comps, as my experience has left me feeling skeptical about their integrity and reliability.

I decided to have a go on the Rolex competition and could not believe it when I WON!!! They responded to me almost immediately congratulating me on my win! Had the watch within a couple of days and even delivered to me! Fab comp site! Thank you again!
