I got the DNA on my raw data, in a few hours of ordering. It is helpful to trying to find just what is causing my health problems.

Amazing service, fast and reliable

Every item on my report had an exclamation mark next to it (which I assume), means the data was not processed. I say assumed, because I have emailed (twice), messaged via the website message service (twice), and messaged via Facebook messenger over the last 3 business days.....no replies to any enquiry.

Edit: I asked for a refund as you were unwilling or unable to reply via any of the ways you provided. Great to see how quickly you can respond to a review though....

Easy to import my info, results came fast and it was fun to see them. Would highly recommend this company

Most things were upside down in my reports.
When the reports say low risk or no genetic probablity I have it, when itt says high risk I do not have it in most cases.
I ran my DNA with XCode.life to be sure compared to others, even later I have made a complete DNA scan by professional lab in my country where I live, and guess what, confirms what I wrote above, all low risks at Xcode.life were high risk in real life.
Waste of money to get reports from this place.

The process was easy and fast, results in few hours, accurate and very clear.

Because I've only had access to one Biological parent, I had testing done to answer questions I've long had since I don't know medical history, or any history, of the other parent. And only limited with the one. I got the Mega report group from here and SO MUCH MAKES SENSE now! Even the autism!! Highly recommend. 4 stars because I would have liked to see the specific relationships between the raw data and the output linked or mentioned.

Great customer service and very quick results. I had some issues uploading my data and the customer service help was great and made it simple. Great prices for what you’re getting. I did the carrier gene report. Recommend.

Really great value compared to other medication gene testing, & you can see which genes you have & can cause affects to medication so even if they don’t have every single medication you need on the long list they give, you can research what medications are metabolized by said gene & learn even more. Really glad I found them 100% worth it. $25-$40 compared to $500-$900 for the same thing. - N.Watson

Easy to read reports that give me insight from my longevity that I always wondered. Since I already had the raw data from AncestoryDNA, these reports were a real value for little cost. They show up in my emails only after an hour.

I received so much information above what I could get out of 23 and Me. I would highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to take a deep dive into genetic reports. My only critique was that the MTFHR and Pharmacology reports were incredibly difficult to read for someone who is not literate in scientific writing.

X code life very detailed report, very worth the money.

I recently used xcode life to get one of their gene health reports. My experience was very good. I received the report the same morning within the time frame they stated. It was well detailed giving clear and easy to understand information and came in PDF form so it was easy to print. My personal experience has been brilliant and I would use them again.

Honestly I don't think the 5 star reviews are even real. This might be a complete scam. I uploaded my data, it says it takes an hour but it's been 2 days. I haven't received any real help. They don't have a good customer service at all. The interface looks very fake. My results only say processing and haven't seen anything. I would highly recommend against using them.

I am glad that I ordered the Methylation Report because finally I am sure if I can take regular folic acid. The report arrived quickly, the information in it is very structured and makes it easy to understand mutations in this gene.
