Not responsive to my questions and half of my reports were delayed and the team does not answer their customer service inbox and has no phone number listed. I found the report confusing and not insightful. I asked for a refund per their policy and have not heard back in days about my request after following up a few times.

I’m so glad I confirmed once and for all about my MTHFR status. I had a raft of tests done last year by a practitioner which certainly pointed to under-methylation, including slightly elevated homocysteine, and other signs and symptoms, but the genetic testing they offered was extortionate. After completing my AncestryDNA I was able to upload my raw data file with Xcode Life at a very reasonable $20 and receive a report that was very easy to understand and which included details on some 42 gene SNPs in my profile relating specifically to methylation. My current health issues are moderate, not critical but I now have a concrete plan on how to go about lowering my homocysteine and checking it’s status every year as guide for health. Given my mother and both maternal grandparents had significant cardiac issues, this feels very prudent. I would definitely recommend Xcode Life as an economical option for unravelling one’s genetic markers.

Eye opening! I was really interested in how I can improve my health amd nutrition. xcode provides a ton on information on things I should keep an eye on like vitamin d and b12.

I love that I can expand my knowledge of my genes by purchasing individual reports that are most important to me. The report was delivered quickly and had a ton of interesting and helpful information! I was interested in BRCA and Breast Cancer and was able to get a full breakdown.

I appreciate the accessibility of being able to plug in my raw data and not have to wait for an additional DNA test kit. The quick turnaround time was great and the amount of information included was just right for the price!

Although sceptic of any third party genetic research company, I referenced all of the results I received with my raw data and the scientifically reported papers and they all were accurate in both my genome and scientific results. I appreciate the work being done by this company and the resources they provide.

This has been really helpful for me. A while back I had gotten the nutrition report from Xcode and it really helped me understand certain aspects of my diet. Fast forward about two years and I am sluggish, irritable, tired, etc. I discussed it with my doctor and they ran some bloodwork. Turns out I'm deficient in some vitamins and needed to supplement. I went back and reread my xcode report and they are the exact same vitamins that the report told me I would need to supplement. Turns out I don't metabolize them as efficiently and need some additional help to meet my requirements. Overall, it was a really great experience and I look forward to ordering more of the reports.

Very detailed insight into my genetics. Specifically I was looking for information around food sensitivities which seems to change over time. More research is probably needed in this area.

The reports confirmed a few health issues that i had suspected and I'm going to provide them to my naturopath to help my healing journey. I was very dissatisfied with the contents of the report (I got one based on test results from elsewhere. It was just an attempted upsell to their other reports and didn't tell me anything new I hadn't gotten from my test lab.

Got some great and valuable information that I needed!

I decided to use raw DNA data to find out more health information. I was pleased to know what certain disease risks were and how to be healthier to work against them.

We used Xcode to upload our family’s genomic data from another website and use it to confirm carrier status for me and my wife. Everything was seamless and easy to do right from my iPhone. The reports you get are polished and very clear; filled with information we were able to use for family planning and health screening purposes. The Skidmore family will definitely use Xcode again and might upgrade to the mega pack soon.
