Great customer service
Customer service is one of the best I've ever seen. The only reason that I give 4 stars it's because even though the warehouse was just a couple of blocks from my house it took 1 week to get the TV. Other than that it was a great experience!

Highly recommended
Ordered late Sunday evening, LG OLED TV arrived early Tuesday morning. Well padded and protected. Product exactly as advertised. That OLED screen is nothing short of amazing! Not sure if it can be to said to be worth the hi price. But I am sure compared to similarly priced LED (and that includes Samsung's non OLED QLED), I'll take the OLED any day. Also 4k TVs draw a lot more power than 1080s. But the OLED cut that down quite a bit.
Be green: don't just throw away the non-biodegradable foam paddings. Use it for insulation to cut your carbon footprint. I used mine to insulate the sides of my frig. Now the motor of the frig probably turns on way less often before.
