This Is My Second Purchase From XD Media, The First Was A Sub That Works Great No Problems, This One Was An Upgraded Soundbar MS750, The Shipping Was Fast And Soundbar Works Great Except I Recieved A Defective Remote With It. I Messaged XD Media Support And While They Had No Extra Replacment Remotes On Hand (Defective Remotes Are Rare So Wouldn't Expect It) They Said Would Find Me One Or Open A Box And Ship Me A Replacment. It Took Awhile But They Kept Me Up To Date On The Progress And I Recieved A Brand New Replacment Remote That Works Great. I Didn't Want To Have To Send The Whole Unit Back Because Of A Remote And Luckily I Didn't Have To, They Probably Could Have Made Me And That Saved Me Alot Of Hassle. So Far I Am A Very Satisfied Customer, Top Notch Support, Fast Shipping, Low Prices! Will Be Making My Third Big Purchase From Them In The Near Future, 5 Stars, Thanks.

Excellent buying experience with XDMedia ! Will buy again. Got the TV within a few days. Toni was so careful and professional that he added an extra layer of Styrofoam around the manufacturer`s box, for extra protection. We saved more than Can$900 by buying from XDMedia compared to the prices at Best Buy or Canada Computers and any other TV store in Toronto.
