Good service

Good price. Awesome TV quality. Package was undamaged. Fast shipping with Purolator. The only issue was to have to go get the TV to Purolator warehouse.

Excellent business to deal with

Excellent business to deal with. Quick delivery. Unfortunately the product I purchased has some flaws, which is not XD Media's fault. It's a know warranty issue what I've learnt about subsequent to the purchase .

Purchase of 82' Samsung TV and Soundbar

First time user of XD Media so I was a little skeptical/nervous about the legitimacy of them. In the end, I'm very pleased with the purchase and the service provided by XD Media - I had constant contact with Tony and he was quick to respond to my inquiries/concerns. I would have given 5 stars but my shipment took 3 weeks to arrive. I do live 20 mins outside of Calgary so there were issues with finding someone to make my delivery. I just would have liked to have known beforehand that this was going to be an issue. All in all, I would use them again and depending on the size of what I'm ordering have it delivered to my office in Calgary.

The TV arrived late and had a problem, but...

The TV arrived late, but that was the fault of the carrier, not XD. After setting it up, we found the set did not work. Again, not the fault of XD: XD even encased the factory-supplied packaging in styrofoam when they shipped. I emailed XD on a Saturday and received a quick reply: they would replace the unit, giving me a choice of times. A crew of two arrived at the earlier of the times offered and replaced the unit, removing the defective unit. It works well; best picture we have ever seen. We're very satisfied with XD's efforts.
