Recommended

Online purchase was convenient. I was looking for a product that was not available in other stores and primarily online ordered. Product was priced better than other online stores and arrived in a timely manner.

Excellent

This was a very fast Delivery ,,(next day but at night) i didnt get an email or nothing,,but the tv was brand new and the whole transaction was excellent,,,these guys were the lowest price and i highly recommend them...also bought a wall mount for the tv....thanks guys

Excellent experience

Excellent time it’s was at my door the next day
It was as described and the price 600$ cheaper then anywhere else
This was a great company to buy from and the delivery guys were very courteous.

Shipping took far too long!

Shipping took far too long as compared with other sellers. The wait was not worth the savings of $100.

Your order was placed during the Christmas Holidays which a lot of shipping companies were closed, the fact that it was a 75" TV and being delivered a rural area can take longer than normal. We work hard to make sure you get your item delivered undamaged first time around.

Extremely happy with the purchase…

Extremely happy with the purchase process. XDMedia provided immediate responses to my questions, online transaction was seamless, product packaging for shipment was excellent, and delivery was ahead of schedule. At time of purchase, XDMedia beat competitor's best price by 15%. Would definitely recommend XDMedia to anyone wishing to make an online purchase.

What a pleasant surprise

1 day delivery! A splendid experience from start to finish. Had a problem opening the remote to fit batteries. Tony offered to get a replacement delivered the next day which happened to be New Years Day! Good, solid, old fashioned service. As it so happened I managed to get it open and cancelled the delivery in time. By the way, the Q8 is a truly gorgeous TV and with service like this you can't go wrong. Keep it up.
