I bought my TV in first week of January. I received a shipment notice in 2 days and product shipped the day after in a very good condition.

I am very happy with service provided. The TV arrived as per schedule. Sometimes the best way to contact them was by email rather than phone. However, a fast response was always provided. I would recommend them. Almost 20% cheaper than the closest competitor.

All our delivery services are to the receivers door step. An attempt was made, unfortunately there was no one available at the property to accept the delivery, as they require a signature. So it was sent to the nearest depot for pickup. Should you have contacted us with this issue, we would have request the shipping company to redeliver the item.
