I recently bought a 75" Samsung TV and was concerned at first because I've never heard of this company. The prices was cheaper than other retailers so I gave them a try and everything went great. No issues.

I was sent a defective TV, but had no problem returning it. Unfortunately, they couldn't send me the new one when they said they would, and offered to give me a slight discount, but I just asked for a refund, which I had no problem getting.

I have purchased a soundbar from XD Media and I am really happy with the purchase I did. This company was unknown to me, and I had reservations at the beginning of how the delivery and the purchase itself will be handled.
End of the day, everything was smooth and I am extremely satisfied with the great work XD Media did. Looking forward to using this company for more buying more electronics for my home.

Shipping with UPS was horrible. Supposed to be shipping on Thursday (out for delivery status with required signature) so I took a day off from job,but no news. Status get back to in transit with no updates. I opened an investigation after 48h, since they might have lost the package, called XD and then just get the respond that I should have left them open the investigation without more support from their end. Finally got it Monday without notice and the guy just let the box in front of my door so anyone could have stole it! If you want good business try to be more careful with your shipping partner...

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with XD Media. I had originally ordered a TV from Best Buy before seeing that XD Media’s price was over $300 less then Best Buy’s sale price and Best Buy wouldn’t price match. I returned the Best Buy TV immediately and placed my order from XD Media. They shipped quickly and I had my new TV in less then a week. I was impressed again when the TV arrived and I found out they put extra foam around the TV box to protect it while in shipping. Finally, I was back on their website 2 weeks after my order and noticed the the price on my TV dropped another $100 and when I emailed them about this they refunded the difference 4 minutes after I sent the email. I will definitely use them again and tell anyone I know who is looking for a TV.

I purchased a Samsung sound bar HW-MS650 on XD Media website. The information on their website made it easy to compare with others. However, they don't carry various brands. Quick shipping with UPS which was included in the price.
