I have ordered a 65" TV and a sound bar before which was received very quickly and in excellent shape. This comment refers to a 4K bluray player I just ordered. I would have given it 5 stars but was disappointed that it was shipped through Canada Post in the middle of a strike. Notwithstanding this, I would order from XD again for price and service.

We have just recently bought two TV's from XD Media, along with a DVD player and sound bar. Firstly, the pricing with them was the best that we could find anywhere. Secondly, the service we received from them was excellent. We were concerned that shipping sensitive electronics (TV's) by courier was possibly a recipe for disaster. XD Media made sure the TV's were packed so well, so as to assure their safe shipment and arrival.
We are very grateful that we found XD Media within the sea of electronics retailers. Their pricing and service makes online buying a truly great experience. Thanks guys ( and gals)

I'm going to be honest, I was sketched out about this site because of how cheap the soundbar I bought was, compared to other places, but I received it in 4 business days from Ontario to BC! And the product is amazing and is the real deal! Would recommend!

At first I was skeptic of purchasing a 2 thousand dollar item from a website I’ve never heard about. After deciding taking the chance cause the deal was so good to pass up I went ahead. Took about a week for my TV to show up which is ok. Shipping was free and it was ground shipment I get it. When it arrived I was impressed XD media took the time to tape on extra stirofoam on the outside of the box to give it extra protection as I was a little concerned about the shipping to begin with. Item was exactly what I ordered and I love it. Would buy from these guys any time of the week. I recommend them to everyone now.
