this was a good new to me when I heard about xeggex.exchange but I didn’t take it that seriously because After what xeggex.com did by closing their exchange and not even allowing the users to withdraw their funds now they turned out to remove all their users database in xeggex.com to xeggex.exchange that’s why I merged my account on xeggex.exchange and I was able to access my account and I reactivated my account from inactive status and I withdraw my funds again and I’m grateful but xeggex I have a question for you why!! why!! why!! Why you people hide this information from us and allow us to cry and found out ourselves. This is not fair at all

I just don't know how to say about this but what xeggex did to me was not fair at all, when I heard that xeggex is back I was happy and I when ahead to with the process and all I see was to summit my withdrawal request which I did but I didn't get anything not even a response from them so I wait for a while and make more research and found out that when they say they are back that they are referring to their new system, xeggex recreated a new system xeggex.exchange which was when I found out in the research and when I was ask to merge my account with the new system which I did that was how I have my account back and i reactivate my account and I was able to withdraw all my funds and I'm here to say a big thank to xeggex exchange

I found out that it was a Ponzi scheme weeks ago when they refused to pay me I requested for withdrawal 5 times it was disapprove and the customer service is fully of crap ……. Don’t be shy to seek help

Went to withdraw today and the website is gone. They stole my coins. Paul Vernon AKA Michael John O’Sullivan is the thief.

I am not going to a long details:
Firstly i did a test conversion and coverted 1000 bellscoin and received the current price, after that i decided to convert 13880 bellscoin to usd, bellscoin was at $0.2991 per coin, hit conversion and received $521, not the $4151.80.
Contacted them 3 times and only got a generic reply, then closed the case.
Never got the lost amount and was ripped off by them.
I shall not go into full detail but all i can say is if you cannot fufill an order dont take my coins, but you did take my coins and that amount to theft..Period...
Another thing, the Febuary breach they had, seems iffy, why did the ceo leave his laptop open, open to specilation and now lots of people has either lost or unable to get to their account, who is going to gain? not the investers who trusted them, they can sugar coat the issue but my final say is "Dont Trust XeggeX"....

Locked in a battle with this exchange since March 2024 over $300 in cryptocurrency.

Locked out of account, said incorrect credentials, then refused to give me my account after requesting account recovery.

Worst scamming company out there. The individuals running the site should be arrested for theft. Account access blocked and no reset password link to my email. They’ve scammed me.

After several months of waiting and many emails exchanged, I can simply say they cheated me out of $2,000. They kept saying they were recovering the lost data, that they would write me back, bla bla bla — but in the end, they just disappeared and closed all the tickets I was opening on the matter. I am taking legal action, and hopefully they will respond to my lawyers — or even better, to a judge. At this point, I can sadly say this is a fraud.

They closed my account, claiming it was hacked. To recover my account, I had to submit a refund request with some information. They told me the information wasn't sufficient. In short, THEY STOLE MY MONEY. BE CAREFUL! DANGER!

When you ask about it, they say they can't help. Be careful. If you value control over your assets, vastreach is the right place to be. They are reliable and process withdrawal promptly.

My cryptocurrency holdings on Xeggex have been misappropriated by the company. Initially, they transferred my Bitcoin without proper justification, then subsequently blocked access to my account containing my remaining assets. I strongly advise being cautious of the individuals associated with this operation in any future cryptocurrency dealings.
