I trusted Xeggex, WOW! Was I ever wrong on that one

Below was the review I initially left for Xeggex. PAUL VERNON stole everyone's crypto recently. Now the 3rd exchange he's rugged. It only came to light that he was the one running the show after the so called hack back in February. I just hope that my review didn't result in influencing anyone to open an account there and to then have lost money. How wrong I was. From now on I will only be trusting places like Kraken who have 1 to 1 reserves of all customers deposits. Meaning that if they get hacked they have the funds to repay everyone for their losses. It has already been put to the test a few years back when they were hacked and they reissued everyone's losses in full and quickly too. They are also registered with fintrac in Canada and are licensed to operate in Canada as well. In case anyone reading this is looking for a legitimate place to buy, sell, and or trade crypto and do so with fiat currency.

I've never had any problems using this platform. And they even saved me from a typo during a limit trade that would have been devastating if it had gone through fully instead of only a few percent. It wasn't till it saved me the second time that I noticed the typo. And it's done similar via a few market orders that would have impacted me negatively too. Customer service is quick to respond and solve your problems or answer questions. I only have one issue that they couldn't help me with and that was regarding throwing away coins from old faucets I claimed which are still on the list. They can't simply delete them from my account which is actually a good thing in a way it means no one can just take my wallet for any coin at all. I see a lot of negative reviews like i made a market order for 600 got billed just under that and my coins are worth 550 or whatever. They think they got hit with a $50 fee when in fact the fee is 0.5% (half of one percent) and that yes part of the order may be at market but to fill the order you wanted it had to pay higher than market which is why after the price swings back down again (in most cases that's almost instantly if there's lots of trades happening) it makes the market value of your purchase look under what it should be.

BIGGEST SCAM – CORRUPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM

This exchange is an absolute disgrace. Not only did they delist tokens without informing me and steal them from my wallet, but their support team is incredibly unprofessional. Geraldo, in particular, mocked me and showed complete disrespect when I asked for assistance.

When I told them I would expose their corrupt practices publicly, they retaliated by closing my account instead of resolving the issue. This is not just incompetence—it's outright corruption. They have no regard for their users and only care about stealing money.

Stay far away from this platform. I lost a large amount of money, and I will make sure everyone knows about their fraudulent behavior.

BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM
They delist tokens without informing you and remove your tokens from your wallet. When you ask about it, they say they can do nothing. Be careful.

May God punish them for stealing from people and shut down this exchange. They stole a large amount of money from me, and I will expose them everywhere on the internet.

DON'T TRADE THERE

Xeggex just stole my deposit ! Sent some little amount of SOL a first and everything went fine but when I transfered more my deposit never appeared in my wallet.
The transaction was complete on SolScan but was still pending on the exhange. One day later, the deposit is marked as completed on the exhange but I NEVER RECEIVED THE FUNDS.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE, this is pure theft.

Holding my money hostage

Holding my money hostage. Told me I had to pay them almost 51k in taxes plus a handling fee to transfer it to my trust wallet. I think the person who guided me into depositing the money is in cahoots with xeggex in some manner. Please don’t put any money in here!!!! ‼️‼️TOTAL SCAM!!!! BEWARE ‼️‼️

Very good exchange

Very good exchange, just don't mistake it with wallet that holds your coins! Exchanges are secure, but especially with crypto it is best to have it on dedicated wallet and not exchange if it has to sit there. Many people - at least from Pepecoin (PEP) community mistake it as primary wallet and nothing exposed to internet is not secure enough, there can be cyber attacks and also not your private keys, not your crypto. Just be cautious and don't mistake any exchange as main wallet. Otherwise love this exchange! 💕

don‘t trust them

I did an market order for 500, and they debit me with 546 and the deposit I got was 498. So they had fees of nearly 10%. The support ignored this fact and said the market order was the problem.

Most coins most user friendly.

This is the most understandable trading platform I have ever traded on Also has the most coins by far then any other site I have ever traded on. One wish is to just have swap coins instead of changing to usdt or btc.
