Non existent customer service

I contacted customer service for a wrong size of pads we received. I get the same auto response with no actual response. I still have no idea how to initiate an exchange. I will never buy from them again. Customer service is non existent.

Incomplete Order and NO customer service

Ordered shoulder pads and a back plate and paid through PayPal. Only the back plate arrived but they took money for both items. Cannot get ANY response through the PayPal dispute or their customer service to find out if the shoulder pads are delayed or to request a refund.

Customer Service is SORRY

There is no real way to get a hold of Xenith for customer service! We need to edit the order, because a wrong size was selected. The listed phone number does not work, there is no live chat like advertised and no one returns messages, just a standard e-mail stating it will take 3-5 business days to answer our question. No doubt the worst customer service model I have ever seen!!!! This will be my last dealing with Xenith!!! My statement to anyone wanting to do business with this company, "Buyers Beware!!!"

The customer service of lack there of

The customer service of lack there of, reminds me of a company that’s in another country. You can’t cal them… they say on their voicemail to email or chat them.. no chat feature can be found… emails.. I’ve sent several but no one will reply. I am trying to return some pads and it seems like no one works in customer service.

I placed an order for a helmet online…

I placed an order for a helmet online and my credit card was charged right away. I received an email stating my order was received and receive another email within 24hrs with the order number and order details. I waited 3 days and received nothing. I sent an email to customer support asking about my order to make sure everything was good and waited another 2 days with no answer. I then called the customer service number listed on the website and asked about order and was told there was no order in there system with my name and email. I told them they charged me $328.79 on the day I placed my order. They apologized but still said they couldn’t find an order matching my information. They then told me I would need to contact my credit card company and report it because they couldn’t refund my card because they didn’t show an order. So after contacting my card company I’m awaiting a resolution to this. I will never order from Xenith again.
