A big thank you to Sue and David and the Team, as they have been invaluable throughout my course (mainly on Sunday's)!! Thank you so much for making sure I've continuously been on track from start to finish. With the current pandemic always there to assist and the webinars are extremely detailed for the assignments to be completed and verified by IWFM. Would recommend to anyone interested in gaining a FM qualification.

From start to finish this course has been an extremely enjoyable experience for me. The Xenon Group have years of experience and this shows in their outstanding tutorials and tutelage. They adapted amazingly well to the Pandemic and ensured that they maintained very high standards in maintaining course training.

The learning portal has a plethora of information to assist in your studies and it is very user friendly.

The Xenon Group are very much like a big family and they make you feel a part of this lovely company culture, Sue was like my 2nd mum, very patient and full of knowledge and advice to aid in my learning - Superb!!!

I was apprehensive about doing this course as it's been so long since I studied for anything and I wasn't even sure I had the time or motivation to study at home but I'm so glad I did. Its a great course for people who want to learn the basics of FM. Its very interesting and I am a better Office Manager because of it. I had a great experience whilst completing my Level 5 IWFM certificate with the Xenon Group. The team were highly supportive and whilst i carried out my course from home the course materials were perfect for this type of learning. I did the IWFM Level 3 Certificate in FM. My enrolment was in March 2018. I had the option to do the course long distance or to do the Workshops. I opted for the workshops. The two years was a wonderful experience. The classes are excellent, (went up to Leeds each time) and all the learning material on their site is clear and to the point. It helps if you are in FM field as you can draw upon your experience. Enrolment was good, where you obtain a good overview of course, and to choose your optional units. Last of all are the lectures. They are always at hand should you need any help. I will be good to my boss to get money for the next level..... as I really enjoyed the whole experience and come out with a certificate. Thank Xenon.

I have recently achieved an IWFM Level 4 Diploma with the support and guidance from the Xenon Group. I have a passion for FM and wanted nothing more to progress in this subject. I wanted to achieve a highly regarded qualification but also want to expand my knowledge.

The classroom training was so helpful. Each assignment was explained so well with plenty of classroom activities and discussions. Not only did you get to know other people in FM from different companies, but it gave you the opportunity to share different experiences with each other. Everyone is encouraged to provide their own opinions and experiences. At the end of each session the assignment was explained fully to provide you with a clear direction on your assignment.

I’m not academic and did feel I was going to struggle with all 10 assignments but with the support and guidance provided by David, Sue and Naomi I was able to complete this well within the timeframe.

Thank you, Xenon Group, for supporting me with my biggest achievement yet.

Looking forward to Level 5.

IWFM was my first experience of formal learning since leaving university. The course material was comprehensive and easy to follow and the support from Sue to keep assignments on track with constructive feedback was invaluable. I already recommend Xenon Group to my team and wider FM colleagues.
