I had issues with Xgaming from day 1 but tried to work through them as the reviews for this service were pretty decent. But after them failing to refund me after a issue with purchasing and them cancelling my server halfway through a month of using the service I have to say it's been too much. would not recommend, service support was also abysmal.

The servers seem fine however I did have some issues initially setting up the server. The issues were cleared up within two to three days.

Xgamingserver is a great company because of pricing, and the quick response when I had trouble with my server. And the problem was resolved fairly quickly. Overall a great company.

The servers are easy to configure. All necessary settings are available. So I can play Valheim in the beta version. We have never had any server performance issues. They are fast and stable. Also, I can easily add mods through the Thunderstore portal on the web interface.

Just had a great costumer service experience. i have had a small issue (caused by my misknowledge of how things work) but the team was very responsive and they fixed my issue. After 1 month on their hosting i'm happy so far.

Poor customer service, bought my server at 25 of march and still can't run it, ask for help ad they said they would redirect my ticket to the management team and still no one answering

Great dashboard for managing server and its files.

It’s really good for the hosting services, i never had a problem with it during my time with them.

The actual service is probably the best for customizing valheim / running mods. But there are a few clunky sign up/settup things they could easily improve.

#1 Make it WAY more obvious to deploy a Valheim server with mods, it's in a non obvious drop down and then requires you to submit a ticket to support to implement after setup. Just make it more obvious on signup to avoid all that extra work.

#2 I never figured out how to get proper discord permissions. I had to submit a ticket that wasn't responded to still... This should have a VERY CLEAR spot right in the account info or knowledge area on the site. I couldn't find anything anywhere other than a basic link to the discord

Server drops players with default settings. No response from customer service. No response to refund request.

Can't use full functional, support doesn't answer to my tickets.

server keeps kicking us every 13-18 minutes and goes unresolved, moved to a different provider and works fine.

Ignored my ticket, no Discord support.

So I'll start with the fact that I was looking for a normal hosting for a long time and stopped at xgamingserver.com, and I don't regret that I stopped there! I couldn’t launch the discord bot and asked for help and they helped, the support is top-notch, although they don’t answer right away (I just got caught on holidays, so they answered for a long time), but helped with outproblems!

Server was ridiculously laggy and had a lot of network issues, even with a low player count. Not worth the money, hence why I cancelled my subscription less than 2 weeks in.

Valheim. Server crashes twice an hour. Eventually after a crash I saw see the server had rolled back an hour or so, deleting my progress.
This was a fresh new world that I had barely scratched the surface on. The rep told me the fix is to buy a better package with more RAM.
I was near max RAM usage when I started the server! If the base package cannot handle a fresh spawned Valheim world with nothing populated, than it cannot handle Valheim. Period. Don't sell it. Sell something that works and don't use the crappy base product to upsell me. Moved on to a better hosting service.

Awful. Same issue it seems most people had with Project Zomboid servers through Xgamingserver. Do your self a favour and try another provider. Not only will it not work but Xgamingserver won’t even respond to help tickets nor will they refund you the money the have taken for something that doesn’t work 99.9 percent of the time.

Their pannel is really straight foward really simple , they have guide to say how to do everything on your server like how to mod it , how to wipe it , how to add a save etc. The only little point i can complain on is the time they might take to respond your ticket but to be honest it didnt take more than a days and a half and i understand that everybody got a life but in general its 95% for me !

Quick response, patient pragmatic problem solving when issues arise.
Definitely would recommend hosting services to a friend !
