I got my server in the promised 5 minutes, and the support was somewhat good needs improvement though. I think it is a really good service.

I rented a server with this provider for Project Zomboid. The server never allowed us to get into the game map (brand new no mods at all). Tried getting support and they take between 10 to 4 hours to respond. As soon as I requested a refund they stopped responding. This seems is a scam

I went to this service based on a "Top 10" article I read. My intention was to start a premium-level gaming server with mods.

So I purchased their most expensive hosting package for the game I wanted to host (Project Zomboid). After payment, my account took a day to finally become accessible. The server setup went fine, until I hit a certain number of Mods. It wasn't an incompatibility. There was a hard limit to the number of mods I could run (22). I spent hours researching and discovered it was a Linux configuration error (search for "inotify" in the Steam PZ forums).

I let their customer support know, and days later I still hadn't any response. These experiences were a huge red flag for me and I cancelled. If you're patient with your expectations, maybe this would be a good service for you, but my free time is, unfortunately, very limited and I've spent days debugging and waiting for their customer service people to show up.

I cancelled before 24 hours and they wouldn't issue a refund. There site is also riddled with spelling errors. Customer service was rude.*** Not only did I have a bad experience but for some reason your reply to my review is trying to discredit my review of your bad service by telling me to be mindful of my language while seeking assistance... I am always extremely mindful of my language and didn't say anything colorful. Feel free to post the chat log. So annoying.

I had a pretty good time with the service, a couple of strange technical issues but I easily resolved them. The service especially pertaining to a couple of issues on day 1 were fixed by a friendly support staff so fast and so well that I knew I could trust the service. Will likely be back, thanks.

100% up-time in my experience. Will balance the amount you should owe per month even if you swap back-and-forth between upgrades and downgrades, based upon how much time you spent using the upgrade. Great guides on how to manage your server per game you run, making it very intuitive for less-experienced server owners. Honestly the only constructive criticism I could give is to spellcheck the guides as they have some typos, and that's really it.

Poor service, can hardly play with 1 other player on a paid server. Pure Trash!.. unless your willing to pay for $50 in addons to make it functional and get "high priority service". canceled my service and requested a refund, was told that would happen..2 months later I'm still getting charged. Go anywhere else

Great service, fast and clear responses.

We bought a server for zomboid, the server provided was trash, it crashed with out of memory exceptions with only 4 people online and without any mods installed. We decided to host ourselves instead

Im not the owner of the server, but I do having to ask the admin to keep on resetting it over and over again multiple times a day. So he invited me to become a admin so I can do it myself. Took me awhile to figure out how to make a account on your website, its not really "streamlined". And the one time I did try to restart the server it stayed on "Starting" for 10+ minutes. So I stopped the server for it to say "Stopping" for the next 10 mins, until I killed it. Maybe thats what I'm suppose to do. Stop ---> Kill? I dunno. Then when I started it, it never came back up until sometime the next morning. TBH I'm not that impressed. But when the servers up and running, it's up and running. And thats cool.

LOVELY Service! Everything works pefectly.
