Love the ability to update mods via the mod manager feature. That's how you stole me from Gportal. If I could change something, I'd add a link to open tickets on the dashboard unless I missed it. So easy to use once I felt my way around. Also your tutorials are very well done. Just the information you need, nothing more. There were a couple times where you used the picture of what the screen should look like rather than spell it out. I noticed that I was missing information and went back to notice you had the answer in the picture (what tab I should be in, etc.)....awesome product.

I believe that this is one of the best server rooms. I have no problem and there are no problems on the server (Valheim).
In addition, a transparent and friendly panel.

server keeps crashing. friends no longer want to use the server due to instability.

Fast support, answered me fast and guided me every time i needed it. My project zomboid server is working nicely, still playing on it :)

Servers great, 4 Starts because it did not auto deploy. Other than that everything has been great.

I have only used them for about two months now but every time i had an issue wether simple or in-depth they just fixed it. I’m happy so far and I hope it keeps up.

Server advertised for 10 players, only 3-4 players and the server crashed EVERY DAY! Told to check the RAM, it would be from 3.2 to 3.9 at crash and was told that's why you're crashing. Response was great though; they would answer tickets within the hour.

I had a small problem setting things up but support was fast and help me with my issues.

I've had servers for The forest and Project Zomboid. 100% Best game host with friendly staff and great prices!!

In short, nice and quick support

I've had a relatively simple, or what I thought was simple, issue opened in a ticket. 4 days now, the ticket has been open with no resolution and no communication in the last 2 days.

Just tell me it can't be dealt with, or find the solution. Don't leave me hanging like this.

**Update**

After a few more days of some back and forth, the issue was figured out. Turns out it was an insanely easy fix that just wasn't thought of by anyone, including the experts/devs/longtime players/coders. I know(based upon forum responses to my issue elsewhere) that there are other people with the same issue. Now that it's been solved, others can benefit.

I've upgraded to 4 stars. The only reason it's not 5 is that it really did take so long to fix.

The response was generally good, the tone of the back and forth was respectful, the end result was about as perfect as possible.

Awesome servers, no issues at all.

The server was up and running immediately, which was great.

The down side was me and my friends exceeded our limit for the size of server we paid for and the experience was just having an icon pop up that looked like a connection issue for about 5-10 seconds, then the server went down. Right in the middle of the ocean on a boat and lost all our stuff. So be VERY careful about choosing your server size.

The ability to upgrade the server was easy, but finding where to do it was not intuitive unfortunately.

Overall I'm happy but it was a little bit of a bumpy ride getting there.

Game lagged out while paying, seems like an unexpected bug. I got a refund over the whole amount. Service is super friendly. Apparently this issues does not happen very often.
