They had so many chances.
Horrible Service but Functional Servers
I subscribed to xgamingserver because they came highly recommended. I installed the mod and reached out to support through a support ticket as per SOP and asked them to make the requested adjustment, which they did, but they also provided service out of scope, improperly re-installing the mod pack in question into the mod pack I had installed already, and deleted the files at the root of the system that made things work.
I caught this issue and then went on to try to configure mods for my server. It was rough going. I connected to xgamingserver's discord and asked for help. Over the course of three days nobody replied to anything I said at any time, leaving me to seek out help to install mods elsewhere.
If you want to provide gaming servers jthat's great, but don't have a help channel where customers are ignored for reporting utterly incompetent people doing tickets who clearly had not ever read the readme in the mod's archive. One out of five.
As well, in response to this review, I was told that despite their discord server being linked under the methods for help, the discord server is not a method for help. I will be backing up my world and leaving their service.

48 hours is a lie
I really like what you guys are doing here, but I find it rediculous that your 48 free trial starts at midnight the day of when you start it. I started my free trial around 3 pm EST on Wednesday and it was terminated at midnight of Friday morning. That's not 48 hours, so I lost my Valheim world because of that. If your making 48, make it 48 hours.

Hello, sorry for that, our systems are set to sync at 04:00 UTC. Therefore at one point or the other, the free trial will be less than 48hours but more than 24 hours this will depend on the hours from 04.00 UTC that you ordered your free trial server. The free trial is not meant for actual gaming but rather testing if our servers are right for you. We have updated our systems so that one will receive an email 24 hours prior to the elapse of the free trial so that they can upgrade or place a new order for a server.

Hey, sorry for your frustration. We have now updated our knowledge base that will get you up and running with our dedicated servers. At the moment we are yet to expand to a 24 hour support but we'll make sure to respond to your tickets in good time.

Better than what I had before, for the same price.
The service price amounts to what I was previously paying for significantly worse performance.
Setting it up was quick and easy, and further configuration was quite intuitive. I was also able to add and modify things on the server without trouble. The FTP transfers also seemed fast enough.
The only thing that slowed my setting was the inability for me to alter the startup command, but customer service quickly responded and was able to do what I asked for in a timely fashion.
I have been able to set a server for the game we play, with the same save, and with the mods that couldn't be implemented in our previous one very quickly and none of my friends noticed the migration, except for the change of IP:port pair and a significant betterment of playing experience.
All in all, I am plainly satisfied with my choice here and will probably host future games on this platform.

Issues but they’re fixing it!
There are some issues with them but they’re new in this market so they’ll fix it (Date: 21st March 2021). The owner is very awesome and he helps his customers.
