Horrible, I never got an email with server info and admin info. Stay clear of this site. Don't give your money away like I did

Brutal service. Stole $10 from me. The server never came online, I was never given admin credentials. I have a ticket open it's been days with no response. Pure scam

Had one outage, but customer support responds to all my questions. The server has worked well and the price is good.

I wanted to try out the server. Your website never loaded ended up charging me twice and when I tried to cancel you never responded.

I have had a terrible experience. I never will be doing business with this company ever again.

One of the only server hosting that has smaller systems for a budget price! I love that for valhiem cause it's not very often that its more then a couple of us online at a time.

Xgamingserver is easy to setup and runs smoothely. After trying another server and it constantly dying, Xgamingserver was a great experience.

However, I got here through an ad that said it was a BepInEx enabled server and it's not, so that was a disappointment. I was really hoping for a hosted server I could use devcommands on, but you cannot use them on Xgamingservers.

Just great. Tickets were quickly attended and their purchase options allow you more freedom than other options out there; I chose a budget server option without any player limits. Very happy with it so far

My friends and I started playing Valheim and decided we needed a dedicated server. Since none of us could host, I looked into renting a server. I found this site and took the plunge and I don't regret it! Easy to use control panel with extensive documentation and great guides for customizing your server. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

I think it's a great service. No lag, no server problems. You get what you pay for. The Console is easy to use. I haven't tried to install my old world on the server, but my guess is that will be easy and painless as well.

I bought the service last night at the request of a friend since we were looking to host a new game for a handful of people. It was a debate between HostEZ and these guys since they're the only two who run dedicated Veloren servers and setting up a local server on my Raspberry Pi (the alternative project) would have been a hassle. Xgamingserver showed server stats that were basically overkill for Veloren, so we decided to go with them despite reading Trustpilot's reviews. During the payment process it showed up as a subscription service instead of as an invoice, so I had backed out to see what was going on and if I had clicked the wrong button. It seems all of their services are subscription so I shrugged it off. At that point my invoice came up as "unpaid" for a few minutes as I went back in and finished processing the payment through paypal.

Their service advertises as "Veloren server comes online within 5 minutes of placing an order" on their website. This is not the case. The server continued to fail to load when I tried to start it up, until I finally pressed their UI button to reinstall the server and logged out to go to bed. I received an email an hour later saying the server had successfully installed. A far cry from 5 minutes.

Their website also advertises "You can order and get your high-quality Veloren dedicated server right now in order to have a perfect gaming experience." This was not the case. After getting home from work, I've spent the last hour and a half troubleshooting and trying to ensure the problem was not on my end. Spending 20 minutes rebooting the server to see if maybe it was just a glitch only to have it still not work was the last straw. Finally, I registered a server with their competitor to be extra positive that it was not something I had done. The competitor uses the same user interface as them, and in doing so I was able to confirm it was not me, it was Xgamingserver.

After confirming the above, I decided to look up the refund policy for Xgamingserver. They have it written in such a way to deny you a refund even if the issue is on their end, so I didn't bother. I would have had to go through their support ticket system to potentially get a refund, and as I have read in other reviews, that process is a nightmare. I will cut my losses as I am only out $8.

The server trial did not work and since it was two days it was not worth wasting time trying it or requesting support

Actually good servers. they have kinda slow support but everything except that is all good

The subnautica server wich was created for me didn't even want to start up, it was stuck at starting.
