Please let me reassure you we always return funds available to clients on request. However withdrawal requests can be declined if you try to withdraw more than your available balance or if you are trying to withdraw to an unsupported withdrawal method. It should be noted we can only return deposits back via the same method used to deposit. While profits can be sent by any method supported in your country. Any decline should come with an explanation of the issue and how to resolve it.
