Best in Customer support

Sensitive to customer concerns,
Patient in listening to customer,
And Tiana stayed in touch with me thru texting until I got home from work and after I got home, to trouble- shoot and connect my wifi. Best wifi customer experience i have ever received without having to call back and getting someone different less experienced.

Great Customer service

Im not the biggest fan of your proprietary ways of distributing internet. With that being said I am a fan of Customer Service provided in times of need. Dayna helped me with my latest issue by quickly getting the engineering dept. involved to find a solution.

Tiana was super friendly

Tiana was super friendly, and just magically knew who I was and what I wanted and it was just taken care of in 30 seconds. Very very surprised at the ease and lack of pressure when asking to downgrade. Very happy with this call

Service is very unreliable unless you…

Service is very unreliable unless you bring up the frequent and regular outages for tv and internet.
Our apartment management was sold a bill of goods.
Promises were never fulfilled. Response to phone calls doesn't happen, silence reigns supreme when complaints are made.
Simply put, Xiber is not ready for prime time. Their trump card is a slick sales pitch, then they just dissapear when customers discover they arebthe ones left holding the bag.

it explained what the company does and how it differs from the competition, uses the metaphors of Indianapolis fast cars should build more off that comparison to stand out more from your competitors, Grahics of call center could look a little more professional
