Spotty at times but decent.

The internet service itself is spotty at times in my area, but the representatives on the help line are quick to respond through the text service and their on site engineers are doing great work to get things back up when it does go down.

Very kind customer service

I called initially when I moved into my apartment noticing the wifi did not work. I tried reaching out via phone and chat, but no one got back to me. I called earlier this morning and had someone pick up within 30 seconds of being on hold, she walked my through the process and to try different things and the wifi was working again, thanks for the help!

Very sweet and polite. And my Internet was back to working order in about 10 minutes, very happy with the service. Coming from California it's a lovely change of pace

I’ve been having trouble with my Wifi…

I’ve been having trouble with my Wifi for months and finally decided to reach out to get this resolved. Tiana was able to assist me in a timely matter. She was super helpful and my wifi connection is much better now!
