Benjamin was IT support for me as well as the first person I talked to through Xiber. for me from initial start up of the service, I have never had such knowledgeable and competent support from previous internet providers. Friendly & Fast!
My tech, Benjamin, was extremely friendly, prompt, personable, and helpful. He got my issue resolved in about 30 minutes - and half that was because I was doing chores while I helped him with reconfiguring wires on the router.

Terrible internet
Terrible company as others have stated just force their complex wide deals and provide very spotty internet. If a stable connection is something you value just move out of any complex that forces this, nobody can be reasoned with so the $$$ must be too good.
