After receiving my order far too late I asked for a return address.
A week later and loads of emails, I still have no address to return the items.
I have been off £20 to keep them. (They cost £44.95) and gift them to someone!!!
Absolute joke.
I have said on a number of emails that I want the address to return the items and a complete refund.
All I get back is “your email has been replied to”
Errrf no it hasn’t and not resolved!!!

SCAM. Claim to have delivered, no tracking, no evidence of where or when delivered to or by whom. Only offer of assistance from them was to contact post office. Refused to refund and even disputing bank’s chargeback. THEY ARE THIEVES

Such bad reviews no way was I ordering.
Sorry was going to order the pants for over 50s but after reading the very poor reveiws. I am glad my wife who is more savy when ordering on line said look at reveiws first boy was she right with such bad reveiws. No way was I chancing ordering.
Looking at their reply below only cemented my initial thought it bares no thought to my comments.

So when Xigoot bombards me with cryptic messages about “items in my cart” and refuses to clarify what they are—despite four separate requests—it’s not just frustrating. It’s discriminatory.
I’ve tried blocking them. I’ve tried reasoning. But Xigoot’s emails keep coming like spam with a superiority complex. Their refusal to provide accessible communication is not just lazy—it’s a violation of basic decency.

Ordered a colour changing Christmas…
Ordered a colour changing Christmas glass. Received a plain glass canister. Pointless and quite useless. Crap.
In order to get a refund you have to return it to China, which costs more than the item or accept £5 and keep the useless item. I give up and tossed it in the bin. It was supposed to be a small Christmas gift, not now.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. I purchased a jacket/hoody, having the reassurance on the website that refunds were hassle free - you just have to email them. The jacket arrived, no problem, however it was too big. Over the past 2 days I have sent 5 emails requesting the procedure for refund. Each email response I have received back informs me that my parcel has arrived. I KNOW - IT IS TOO BIG.
My last email even asked them not to respond telling me that my parcel has arrived - guess what the response was.
Guess I can say communication is great - just totally irrelevant to the process of the refund that I am desperately trying to arrange.
Their website also asks you not to post negative reviews as they will sort everything out..... this really is not the case

I received an item last week. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit as far too short in body and arms. I have sent numerous emails back but get the same reply. ‘ Your email has been replied, please kindly check it.If you have any further questions,please feel free to follow this ticket,we'll do our best to solve it for you ‘. In their reply it talks about the item not being delivered and it’s on the way. As I’ve explained it was delivered but I and I want to return it. I have now had 7 email responses all the same. Obviously, there are no returns!!! This is a false company based in china!!!!

I ordered a rain coat it was advertised on facebook and I got it within 3 weeks good quality happy with the product I ordered another one and it’s getting delivered later on today by Evri.
Lovely jacket.
It did take longer than initially said, but when I double checked delivery times on FAQ it arrived about when expected. The actual jacket itself I love. It seems good quality, is lovely and padded and waterproof and windproof. In fact a couple of times it’s been a bit too warm so will be lovely when autumn fully arrives. Loved it so much ordered another in a different colour.

Very late arriving
I paid for goods along with the postage. They never arrived. After continupously contcting customer services, the parcel eventually arrived. I thought I got scammed because my order wasn't delivered until a fortnight after placing the order, along with contradicting emails as to what was going on regarding the delivery. I doubt I would ever order from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I also wish I checked the reviews first. A Completely different (unusable) colour arrived after several weeks. I contacted them to advise, assuming it was a genuine error and they replied to the first email and then proceeded to send me more than a dozen blank email replies every time I reply. I'll put this one down as a lesson learnt.
