Cutters are great. Lighter are beautiful and well finished.
My lighters have failed over and over with multiple replacements. The warranty responds then sends you a defective lighters until you give up. Assume somewhere in the past, the company found a low-cost supplier with no quality control in the reliability testing. Found more reliable lighters for $8.00 at a smoke shop.

Xikar keeps ignoring my warranty request. It's been 4 months now and no reply.

I had two table top Xikar lighters. One purchased in 2017 and the other in 2019. Both were having issues and I sort of lived with it for a few years. I sent both back for warranty repair and they simply replaced both lighters for free. The whole process was first class and I'm as happy as a clam.

I have the exact same problems as described in the prior reviews. Lighter ignition doesn't work anymore and Xikar ist ghosting me.

Stay away from Xicar lighters! They’re expensive and they don’t last. Worse yet the lifetime warranty is a joke. They have no customer service and no intention of honoring the warranty. The reviews calling them a scam are all true.

This company’s customer service and warranty policy is a joke sent my lighter out for a warranty repair paid for shipping and handling 22$ no big deal then get a call from them I need to pay a additional 25$ for them to complete the service on there broken lighter this all in January it’s now April 25th I just finally got my lighter back due to what they called “shipping” issues which was a croc and now I went to pick it up at the post office 63$ in duties I have to pay thats more then the lighter is worth !!!!! Do not buy these products do not waste your money ! Wish I never ever paid money towards this company’s profits what a joke !!!!

My lifetimeXIKAR warranty lighter has spent more time going back and forth for warranty than I've used the stupid thing.
I'll never pay a wooden nickel for one of those lighters. The electronic ignition modules go bad, and the sad part is they don't care. If they did they wouldn't have the problem. Don't waste yourt time or money on these pieces of junk.

Attempted to buy a lighter from them in a certain material, order went through, was charged, received order confirmation. Few days later I received a confirmation of shipment, but no tracking information. Confirmation mentioned I would receive it at some point but should expect delivery between the end of September or early October. Few days after expected delivery I reach out to them asking if there's tracking info, received response saying that the lighter I ordered was out of stock but they would be willing to send another lighter in a different color, which I accepted. Once again shipment notice would come at some point, but never did. I reached out again and asked them at this point to just refund my purchase, which they said they would do. A week later, I haven't received my refund. I reached out again and let them know I would just dispute the charge to get my money back. Received a response saying something along the lines of "that's weird, if you haven't disputed the charge yet, I will have our accounting department refund you immediately." Yeah, okay. Bank took care of my refund before they even responded.

TERRIBLE SCAMMERS, sorry to have to give 1star to comment. Sent for and paid for a mini chainsaw in May2022. Received a shower cap a month later. Immediately reached and was strung along for 6 months (even though they said they reshipped the chainsaw FIVE (5) more times. The entire time trying to negotiate with me to change my complaint with the BBB or to refund me a % less...DONT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks.

Well, I finally won my dispute through my credit card company with xiker. This company sold me a battery and shipped me three pair of socks. I kept all e mail correspondence with them including the TRACKING NUMBER. xiker told my c.c. company that the package was delivered. True, but the package wasn’t a battery. I took a picture of the package with the tracking number and placed a pen next to it to show the small size of the package and sent it to my cc company along with all correspondence. What could xiker say about that? Apparently, nothing…..BUSTED! I got my money back this morning. What a crooked company. Don’t do business with them. My father used to use a word that describes this outfit perfectly…SHYSTERS!

I agree with the fellow who left the review August. This whole experience has been scandalous since the gate. Took my money for a case of Red Bull in May. Never received it. So I sent an email. There’ll resend it. Well it’s the 21st of July, 2022. Still no product. Still arguing over the refund amount. Said I should be okay with them keeping 30% of my total purchase for shipping and so on. Total crap! I said no way you get paid for doing nothing. Give me my money back!!! Scam Scam Scam. What the heck??? Over a case of RedBull how pathetic. I wish I too could give zero or negative stars!!!

I Ordered the two passenger mobility scooter from this company and like the person in the other review I received an oven mitt... they even sent me a tracking number that I can't follow but I want my $71 back since I'm never going to get the scooter...

I spent over $100 for a beach cart and these effing' Chinese scammers sent me an oven mitt. Crooks, criminals, sorry asses. Beware. Their US address is false, it ships from Wuhan, China. They are scum who have no idea how to make an honest dollar.

Ordered a battery and they mailed me socks. I filed a dispute with my cc company after waiting two weeks for my battery. I was then contacted by Xikar requesting the dispute be cancelled advising me that the item had been shipped. I did not cancel dispute and received socks about 10 days later. This company goes above and beyond trying to rip you off. It’s bad enough they rip you off, but when you dispute a charge, they inform you they have shipped and request that you cancel the dispute. They never said what they shipped. I would give these guys a zero rating if I could. How can they be allowed to advertise in the USA? Total scam…stay away!

BEWARE!!! This is a SCAM!! I ordered a battery from them before I researched the company, then I read their cancelation policy which states that you can cancel within in 24 hours. So I canceled my order within 24 hours, but they still said that they are going to deduct 20% of my payment for a processing fee!! I still haven't received any of my money! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE, BECAUSE THIS HAS DEFINITELY TAUGHT ME TO RESEARCH AN UNKNOWN COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING!

Yep this site is a scam! I ordered ac refrigerant and I got a tiny tank top instead. Yeah the company is in China. Don’t order from them!

This is really sad and so disappointing, and I truly do not understand how this website has not been taken down YET!
I order an outdoor shed and got a pair of socks, when I saw the package and looked at the label I knew I was scam. I guess sending the socks that was to be my shed for my feet.

It's a damn shame that I had to give it a 1 star rating just to be able to comment.
Ordered a 330 gallon water tank and got a 50 cent shower cap from China. Unable to make any contact with them in any way. Filed dispute with card company.

Not worth one star! Total scam! I ordered a 3.1cu ft chest freezer fo $60 and free shipping. I received a small shower cap instead!
**update** have now had unauthorized charges on my credit card which I only used for this purchase and have had to close it and put fraud alert on my credit bureaus.
