They suck, I sent for a return authorization for 2 lighters 2 times and was rejected both times. Called them and no one answered. I owe 4 xikar lighters, will not another if this is how they respond.

This is a company in Kansas City, MO founded in 1996 that started out making a high end cigar cutter. They have since added butane lighters and other cigar related products.
They offer a Lifetime Guarantee on their lighters.
Mine failed after some years.
Paid $4.25 to mail it in USPS.
They are replacing the lighter and mailing it back to me.
THEIR GUARANTEE IS REAL - No Gotchas...
