I had a problem with ordering 2 things
I had a problem with ordering 2 things. Especially the backrest from givi went wrong, because you sent me the wrong part. Ordering was on may 1st, you sent me the parts on may 16th. Up to now, I have been writing to your company with e-mails and on Friday 24th you promised me, that the reclamation is in process now. I didn't get any further information and of course, because I needed the backrest for a journey, I bought it in another store. So I am excited, when I get further informations how I can send the part and get the money back? Sorry of writing it in this way, but that was it up to now.

I could find everything I needed to complete my outfit. Unfortunately, I could not always find my size in everything I wanted, so I just looked where my size was available. And it turned out fine! :) I had to return some items back though, because I am between 2 sizes sometimes. Good return policy: easy and for free.

XLmoto is a great source of solid quality Moto gear. And are improving their offering over time. This round of purchases was noticeably even better then before. The vento jacket is of excellent quality, so are the tan leather gloves, and for a fraction of the other brands.
Shipping is also fast and is free for purchases over 150euro.
I ride daily, with a yearly 15-20k km on my bikes and the gear holds up great. Bravo!
