It was difficult to set the delivery address, asked for a Dorset delivery but it came to Plymouth. emailed and was assured the address had been changed with the courier, but it still delivered to Plymouth so we had to pay additional postage to get it delivered to Dorset. Extra expense not appreciated.

It was my first order via this site. I thought it is scam. But I received everything and there wasn't any problem related to tax, custom. As they say on their website everything included. I definitely recommend them.

Ordered two Airoh commander 2 helmets. Arrived really well packaged. Unfortunately after three uses both helmets slip forward. Out of time for return. Unsure if smaller padding will help. Bit of wind noise but not too much of an issue if wearing earplugs 🤗

Good price for an LS2 helmet.
However it took longer to come than I anticipated and when it did arrive, there were several scratches on the brand new visor. Very disappointing as it still wasn't a cheap purchase. I won't be using XL Moto again..!

The wrong item was sent, although the description was of the correct item. I wanted a replacement but was credited the purchase amount minus a return fee. Communication is only online, it would be so much easier to speak to someone to fully explain the issue and resolve it. So it cost me £5 and my time to not get anything

One of the 2 tyres was perfect,
The 2nd needs exchanging for the correct size.

Great experience with XLMOTO. I ordered a jacket, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but I expected that, and it was slightly too big. I arranged a return which was very simple and I got a timely refund. About to order the jacket in a smaller size.

Great sale price for HJV V60 ordered on line and received safely. Size ordered was too tight so printed return label and sent back. Prompt delivery and easy return and refund. Very good service.

It’s been 5 weeks since i ordered, yodel have lost the parcel & have admitted this to XL moto but XL moto are still not giving me my money back or re shipping the items. Avoid this company.
