Sigo esperando mi devolución del dinero pagado por un casco que devolví por tamaño inadecuado, y a día de hoy sigo sin recibir el importe abonado.
No entiendo nada el servicio post venta de esta empresa.
Creo que tendré que elevar mi reclamación en redes sociales sin querrer hacerlo pero no es normal la forma de trabajar de esta empresa.

I am still waiting for my refund of the money paid for a helmet that I returned due to an inappropriate size, and to this day I still have not received the amount paid.
I don't understand the after-sales service of this company at all.
I think I will have to raise my complaint on social networks without wanting to do so but the way this company works is not normal.

I haven't still received the package its been weeks

The LED lights on the helmet didn’t work.

Good delivery, bought a woodsman shirt with protection. Protection is OK. But after a week of use the shirt start to tear up in most of the corners of the shirt. The helmet whistle like a drunk bird when u get over 60 kmh...
Gloves where fine but is also alpine. Can't recommend their cheaper stuff for everyday use.

A parte de no ser waterproof ni nada q se le parezca..
La chaqueta perfecta de talla pero el forro interior,muyyy pequeño como si de una M se tratase..me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y no me dieron ninguna solución...
Por lo q tanto el servicio como el tallaje ,nefasto.

Got an helmet! I looked at the size table first, and according the that my size would a L - but it was super small, couldn't pass it through my ears.
No worries - I asked for a size change, which was not an option, just the return. All ok, I asked for the return.
NEVER used the helmet, it was in perfect condition, with all covers and plastics and little peppers and stickers and everything. When they received the item they just said the item was not in the same condition (no more details or photos - clearly a copy paste standard answer), and that they will keep 50% of my payment, only returning the other half.

Nice scam! This is no return policy! If you buy from this store MAKE SURE you'll never need they costumer service! Awful experience!

All good, simple, and no complaints

I searched for a chain for my motorbike. Got a direct link to the ordering page of their website. In the margin it said the chain was compatible with my motorbike. So I clicked to order. The chain that arrived was way too short, of course all my fault, I should have noticed that the chain was available in several sizes, the longer ones being way more expensive. So all costs and expenses for return to me.
I re-ordered the correct chain for less money than the short one they send me, on a platform we all know, unfortunately they will keep on winning and we'll all end up working for them, at miserable conditions.

I bought this as a gift for my friend. He was delighted with the product. And I was happy with the delivery time and price.

All good. Delivery just in time. Part was same as description and in good conditions. I used the option pickup point, for delivery and all good.

Purchased a battery which needed to be replaced due to faulty. Since I moved to Portugal in the meantime, they said they could only refund, due to not able to send the replacement to Spain. Informed I do not have the bank account in Spain anymore, so they requested my new Portuguese account information, which I gave them. After 2 weeks, I asked when I will receive the refund, they told me that they sent them to the original account I used when purchasing the battery and told me to contact the bank to get the money. This is not on me, I gave exactly what was requested from me and you never the less sent the money to a account I don`t have anymore. They are still today refusing to fix this and telling me that I have to contact my bank, it is NOT my bank anymore and it is for you to fix, since you messed up. Really bad service.

After message from XLMoto that they would look into it, the don`t answer my message anymore, I requested to talk to a manager, but silent.
Not a serious company, not to be trusted.
